how to create a system to predict the 1st number and the 1st last
Jimmy's first thread was asking the probability of the same three digit number returning the next drawing; like the when 924 followed 924 in KY. The answer is the odds are exactly the same as any other three digit number. The discussion didn't go very far but I wonder if there could be a spot play based on just one or two the digits repeating.
I understand that San is looking for a 6/49 system, but they better have deep pockets because a 15 number wheel has 5005 combos and that's only 30% of

Is Powerball just going to rot away?
I was exaggerating a bit about the billion, but I think you know what I was getting at. Lets face it, people don't get real interested in playing when the jackpots are less then 100M. That's not enough money, but I doubt anyone would turn it down if it was handed to them.
It starts getting around 500M and up everybody buys a ticket. People wanted larger jackpots, now they have them.
With the 302 million to one odds of hitting the MM, every legal age person in the US could buy a ticket and

Is Powerball just going to rot away?
Billion Dollar Jackpots are fine but they should be done with Raffles. Maybe a multi state quarterly or semi annual raffle.
The high odds are leading to longer rolls and bigger jackpots to the point that with the time and money involved the super big jackpots could be better accomplished with raffles.
Then the multi states could go back to 150 million to 600 million dollar jackpots being won more often. Doesn't a 100 million dollar or 200 million dollar jackpot do anything for you?

The simple logic behind lottery.
people will often argue that it's all mathematical or probable based but there is nothing mathematical or probable about lottery.
In case you didn't know, sir, you've been implementing at least some form of math from your third sentence, okay. Out of curiosity, how do you feel that lotteries arrived at their 'chances' and 'over all odds of winning?' A substitution method maybe? Where did the formula come from which ensures that they turn great revenues and profits while also ensuring that th

Trips take 2nd place in Cash 3 Games
OPINION and PERSPECTIVE welcome.
Trips are not the nirvana $$ of Cash 3.
Consider the most due Straight list on Cash 3. Time wise and ODDS wise Straight doubles are a better bet than Straights.
Generally speaking, Trips take 2nd place to Straight doubles for the best bets in most cash 3 games most of the time.

Florida lawmakers want to slap addiction warning notices on every lottery ticket
given the aggressive marketing strategies
That's the important factor. If a private company advertised the way the lottery does the government would be all over their ass for violating the law. Especially with the steep odds, lottery slogans like all it takes is a dollar and a dream are far less honest than not including disclaimers when telling people they can buy a car with Just $99 down! or Only $199 per month. At least with the whole car instead of either 60% of the car or a couple of p

Do You Know Anyone Who's Ever Won the Jackpot?
There must be a reason as to why winners do not want the publicity. They come out to collect their prize but disappear soon afterwards. Flashing their cash is not a wise thing for them to do.
The games are fixed in that the odds against winning a jackpot are enormous. Just as the lottery organizers plan.
Thank You Michael44 for asking!
