Pick 4 is turning out to be like the Poker Lotto game . a waste of money, always one off it's ridiculous, don't get me started on OLG scratch tickets even worse I use to get full house's and Quads on Poker lotto 150$/350$ and the store would hit at least 2 times a day sometimes more now barely give anything once a month 100$ lol and it's not only one store they changed something the algorithms?odds?, 2016 good , 2017 was ok, 2018 terrible

I think most of the issue is in back testing each methodology against the history of draws. For example if you follow Sums, the regression to see how many past draws are more ideal to use is different than the amount of past draws used to determine digit wise regression. Also the regression for the hot number or highest frequency numbers is a different amount of past draws than either of that prior two.
