his point is subliminal. However, I would imagine that NYL could increase sales with a promotion. The old buy five get three promotion was like offering ice cream to a child. But did they try and press it. No. They are suffering from sales, but did they try and be daring and offer this promotion in the last 12 months? I agree, Psyko. Every state or newspaper that investigates finds a million crooks stealing lottery winners' winnings. Tennessee doesn't care though. It's open season on lottery players here. They don't investigate anything or anybody and all the lottery clerks know it. I think the crooked clerks split with the lottery officials or something. They won't even give us self-scanners cuz it would screw up their scam. We are the backwater swamp of all lotteries.

Seems like one per year coming out of that area OldSchool...I saw some comments on the one from Feb 2012. Some talking about an inside job there cause the guy worked at the store. From reading here, I doubt it's an inside job and more likely a 'take someone's winning ticket cause they didn't scan it scam' if anything at all. Serge You need to give more information. Are you going to provide specific lottery numbers to play? Or, do participants generate numbers using their workout for specific games and send them to you? This is LP! You have to spell it out in detail! No one is going to respond if they don't know what the plan is. Otherwise, you are going to hit with posts accusing your of trying to run a scam. Bobby
