I, we, have no time for negative people How do you, we (since you're speaking for everyone) feel about realistic people? If the people who post here buy 5000 tickets for each drawing of PB and MM that's 20,000 chances to win each week. Over 10 years it would be 10,440,000 chances. If the odds remain at 1 in 292 and 1 in 303 million there's still less than a 4% chance that somebody here will win. That makes the unrealistic part of that post the idea that the thread could reach 1000 pages.

Gail Howard, Robert Serotic's syndicate, and many others did lots of advertising on Lotto World Magazine too. And I wouldn't be surprised the same Aussie syndicate that bought out the Virginia Lottery advertised there for new members. Yes, dear Wentworth, way too many numbers. But when you're going for a straight that's just the breaks. There are always wayyyyy too many numbers to have to consider but that's part of the game, my friend. Is it best to have the numbers entered in sequential order or mixed, does it make a difference On the guaranteed outcome. If you ever matched all five numbers in a 5/39 game using a 3 if 5 of 15 number wheel and only had one 3 number match, you'll know there is a difference. I guess it never occurred to me because there are 3003 possible outcomes in a full 15 number wheel and only one is a five number match, the odds against getting the correct order are very high. I'm sad for them. I do not like nor play much Powerball...I do exceptionally well with multiple pick 4s, and pick 3 alot of times, and i know the odds are outlandish for a PB even with four #s and PB. But geez. People in IL like to try to win and they will feasibly be losing both MEG/POW. sad. imo. IL should be ashamed.

I only noticed when the tab was much more than I expected. The clerk apologized, explained he had been awake in the hospital for 2 days waiting for his son to be born, and exchanged the 5 for 1. Congratulations, Dad! Then I always think: what if that ticket had a winner? The current PB jackpot of $79 million is not bad. Then again at 2 bucks a pop and astronomical odds, not worth it.
