I agree, there is no way one RNG can be better then another RNG when we never know what the next answer will be. That said, when CoverMaster begins building a wheel template out of random numbers, it will use all the numbers once before it starts to repeat them. Whereas in my experience Todd is correct, the lottery RNG will duplicate a third of the numbers in eight or nine lines while leaving out a third of the numbers. I can win any standard pick n of n lottery any time I choose. Are you saying When you play and don't win anything, it's your choice or You have to play so many combinations to win even though random doesn't exists it might as well ? I agree about way too many picks, BUT I believe the intention of Destiny's system, as implied in this post, is to find patterns in certain plus minus combos and find the one that produces results that work best for your state. I don't believe there is any one system that will produce the occasional winning number across every state, so for those who enjoy playing the game, this is a way to maybe feel they have enhanced their odds by a percentage point or 2. Pick 3 and 4 is total different concept. Odds of cashing is far better than lotto. Here i am promoting a system i have yet to make a dime with yet can you imagine if i hit a pick 3 or 4 straight?
