buy 10 2 dollar tickets or one 20 dollar ticket?
I have been wondering if its better to buy more tickets for less money or 1 ticket for 20 or 25 dollars?? It seems to me that if you buy more tickets you increase your odds. At this point I would be happy winning 250.00 to make me whole again. I have spent a coupe hundred at least on scratch offs and here in central Fla seems few winners.......... so, what about buying a few 2 dollar tickets or just one of the higher priced ones?? your thoughts???

I wouldn't mind a lottery pool if there is a good honest one ?? where you can play the bigger games that have terrible odds and share the winnings? and Dracos, my stepson walked in to a publix and won a million and NEVER PLAYED LOTTO BEFORE..... talk about LUCK!! Also, there are big winners on scratchoff tickets in Florida. You just have to find them... If you head over to the FL Lottery scratchoff thread, there's a person who won $2M, $250k, and $100k last year. We also had other people who got lucky and won larger amounts as well. I won $100k on the $20 scratchoff game called Super Millions in November. Because I have found, and frequently see big winners on scratchoff games, I prefer them over draw games. I think Fantasy 5 is the best

Agreed wholeheartedly. I do think the Fantasy 5 draw game is an excellent game to play. Odds of 1 in 377k of hitting a life altering jackpot sure as hell beats 1 in 22 million at hitting a life changing one, in my opinion. Welcome to the LP community!

I'm not sure how much anyone puts into the big jackpots but if you can get 3 + 1 =$100 that is cool. The powerball stinks in the odds. I tell everyone this it's not really worth it. I did play tonight and only did get two numbers but on two different lines. My problem has been when I post in the challenge it seems like I am off by 1,2 5, 10 numbers. Great point. There's alot of breaks built into scratch off games for players. The $100, and $500 wins are common enough to keep players coming back for more. They toss these players a nice treat every once in a while. What players don't remember are the countless occasions they put bills into the machine only to receive duds.
