OK folks, we had another No and No (1/3/2017, and 1/4/2017 games)
Surprise, surprise, surprise, Sgt Carter!!!!!!!!!!
Uh....show ANY lottery whose aim is to lose money, not make money.
Fact is, ticket sales are not high enough to generate consistent jackpot or second prize winners. Considering the odds of the games, I buy one tic per draw.

Winning number theory
Regarding your last paragraph about wheeling not being mentioned in the Pick 3, I don't think it matters because wheeling happens to be omnipresent.
IMHO, the World of the Pick 3 in itself is a self-contained wheel . By extension every technique, method or system applied to it will always express some aspect of wheeling. I've never seen a technique be immune to this and so the cutting, splicing, arithmetic, rundowns, touch-patterns, percentages, mysticism, digit-play, probability/odds, digit

Pick 3 Doubles System Question
I don't have a regular way of picking back pairs, but I may start to examine this further If I feel my odds for a str8 hit are 1 in 27. I'm still trying to find out what the real numbers are for STR* ONLY...lol I know for a FACT that they HAVE to be better than 1 in 1,000 because now we are ONLY dealing with 1 in 270.
100 possibilities Vs. 27 possibilities. Is this true or not?
And i agree about chasing doubles...I know it too well...lol Thanks for the reply.

How to pick games
The ODDS are a long shot no matter which Scratch Off game you play, so Stop Over Thinking this process. It is hard to come up with a Strategy for purchasing Scratch Off tickets. There is no way to anticipate how many winning tickets are on any particular roll in any particular retailer, or what the monetary value might be. Winning at Scratch Off games is random luck. Don't waste your bankroll. Buy one ticket at a time and hope for the best.
You would probably do better to spend your money on

My only conclusion is that someone tore off those 6 tickets by separating the book. It is possible for a printing error/printing glitch. I've heard of those happen before...
Also, with how scarce 2MJ and SM have gotten and the increased likelihood of hitting a GP, those are some of the smartest games for anyone to play at the moment. After factoring in the 1-2% of tickets normally tossed over the span of the game and looking at the amount of books remaining, I think there's a very good l

To ronkenneth: I am shocked to hear you have never hit $500 on a Scratcher, especially buying whole rolls of the $20 games. That sounds like some bad luck, on top of the usual stinginess of the lottery. I used to get $100 wins so often and now they seem to have disappeared altogether, although I started getting better at $200-$500 prizes. But only 6 $500's in almost 3 years. I hope your bad spell ends soon or that you hit hit back to back $250's!

Picking up on the vending machine issue from the other day, I've ran some numbers and I think its clear that a good chunk of the missing 10,000 rolls are from the rolls that the FL lottery picks up out of the vending machine to replace with the newer games. Publix (782 locations), Winn-Dixie (200 locations), Wawa (100 locations), Race-Trac (100+ locations), Turnpike Service Plaza's, Pilot/Love's/TAs, and others I'm probably missing. there's probably close to 2,000 vending machines. And when new

Pick 3 Holy Grail
First thing I would count the evens and the odds and get a percentage. 400 draws is a little less than 4 months worth. I would look at 12 months. I'd want to know what the percentage is for each month, then compare how it changes over 12 months. That would give me an idea of how long to wait to start betting.
I would then look at skips, what percentage does a repeat happen within 4 draws. If the percentage is high enough I would parlay a win in hopes of snagging a quick win.
I play all odd

I played Money Money a few times this week at 4 different places. It seem streaky. Bought 5 one time, won like 4 out of 5 with one being $50, Played another time 5 straight nothing. Then, 3 out of 5 just barely over even. Then, played 10, with only one winner of $5.
I might give it a try, I believe the Exxon owner near the house said it was $300 for $5 tickets. if the odds are about 1 in 4, not as good as 1 in 3 just not as good as the $20 tickets.
