Good points, dr65, thank you. Therefore, I have decided to reverse my thoughts to agree. After all, even if someone is only allotted $5000 a year for a bridge card or whatever aid ... $5000 multiplied by hundreds of people in a state who didn't actually NEED those monies adds up to millions of debt in a state annually; let alone huge debt/bankruptcy over a decade. Unfortunately, the Cruise for Cash $5 Scratcher does NOT have a $500K Top Prize. I think you are mistaken ;) P.S - Whats wrong with the store owner security gaurd paying/playing scratch offs? Totally agree. The vast majority of lottery winners don't implode and end up on social security! Just imagine how many big winners there are per year across the world - yet the focus is nearly always on the handful of bad news stories?? But I guess if we don't want 'idiot lottery winner' TV shows, it's up to us to complain to the TV companies to say so.
