I agree. Bet $5. Lose $5. Bet $1. Win $2. Still $4 in the hole. Straight betting has it's advantages, specific number of numbers to play, technically for a month it would be less than $10,000, preferably around $7,000 or $8,000. I was watching Dickee Lavee about +8 divide 9 x9 and I tried it on Pick 3 PA and I was close. She wrote down different ways. Maybe I will post a topic in the discussions some place and post what I found.
