Florida Scratch Offs - Post Pictures if posible
My crunching last week of the new 200X odds projected 250 Pools/1,000,000 books. Turns out that was really close, as the below table should very closely equate to odds the FL Lotto posts to their site Monday. Compared to other $20 games the odds for $100 are pretty crummy, but $200 odds are favorable. Also, unlike recent $20 games there are no joke win alls (like $100 ones we see so often on current $20 games). In fact as far as I can tell there s only one manual win all and it s for $500. The s

Well I guess they can say the odds are 1 in 353,716 if you play both opposite set of numbers - since its two tickets.
Same way they can say the SuperCash odds are 1:1,631,312 - because you get 2 number panels on 1 ticket -
While in reality the odds of hitting the SC JP with 1 set of numbers is 1 in 3,262,624.
You can make any odds sound better if it involves the purchase of 2 tickets, thus dividing by 2.

On wi lottery's website it shows 0/11 odds are 1 in 705,432.
11/11 odds are the same, 1 in 705,432. Those should be the correct odds.
Texas AoN odds are 0/12 ... 1 in 2,704,156
12/12 ... 1 in 2,704,156

6 doubles in a row? What odds?
Never seen an elephant fly or 6 doubles in a row either. Ga Evening just had their 6th double in a row.
What are the odds of that 27% group hitting 6 times in a row?
How about 7 in a row for tomorrow night's draw? Think it's safe to play only singles then?
Odds never change but probability does. So, what are the probabilities?

Calculating odds
, but it depends on how odd are expressed. The most common way is to divide the number of chances (324,630) by the number of your chances (7). Some will say the odds are 46,376 to 1 and others will say there is 1 chance for every 46,376 chances.
If the odds are expressed as chances to win compared to chances to lose than the odds for all seven tickets are expressed as 1 in 324,626 because only one of those seven chances can match all 5 numbers.
IMO, if you're going to play seven lines, us

draw game tickets in vermont
how many states have advertising on draw game tickets the machine prints out and who wants it on something you pay for, waste paper and takes twice as long to print, my state lottery has tickets with advertising for the fast game pro, so draw game tickets are twice as long or longer. and with the fast play games i cant even find the odds for those games on state web site. also draw game tickets do not fit in the plastic sleeve Vermont state lottery provides. i called state lottery, they told me

My instant ticket rant.
If the tickets are anything like here in VA the odds of winning over $1,000 even on our 30$ games are really astronomical. Like 1 65,000 is the best odds you'll see to win just $4,000 on a 30......only excpeption would be our 20$ cash party game where the jackpot is only $30,000, but there's 300 of them. odds are 16,320. It shouldn't be surprising at all that a particular store hasn't sold a huge winner given the realistic odds.
Then you have theories and speculation that say the printin

People argue the over the odds without really considering what the odds mean.
There is nothing that says a digit can't show more often than expected over a
period of drawings. There is also nothing in the odds that says that a digit can't
show far less.
Odds are based on the total population divided by the number of places the digit
or number takes up, that's it. Given the draw is fair, ie random, it's also fair to
say that the number of draws that contain a certain d

how could the computer find patterns in a lottery?
If you could beat the 1000 to 1 odds, you would also beat the 50% house edge.
The reason the lottery people are not worried is after a player beats the 1000 to 1 odds, they only play half of the odds. Bet most don't even understand the payoff odds are really $500 for $1 because they keep your bet. You only win $499.
A couple of years ago The Kentucky Lottery had an extraordinary number of pick-3 triples one month and paid out 97% of their sales in prizes. Though a 3% profit is nothing co
