The most consistent and reliable filter in Pick 3
There's nothing new under the sun with regard to filters. The basic information is Pick 3, Pick 4 has 10 members in a pool with the condition of 'digit replacement' with the premise of randomness. Filters are not just conditions like 'odd, even, Low, High etc, there should be an ideal or concept even before filters. Consider the ten balls having the SAME COLORS (UNITARY), meaning a single or uniform entity, how do you separate the 'odds from even, low from high? Be mindful that digits are assi

How often P3 digit repeats on top next draw?
Little help showing the correct P3 Math average for one digit to repeat on top of itself from the last drawn digit . Include doubles and then just single to single only as well. Thanks 1 n 10 odds for each draw that the same digit will repeat on top of itself correct ? 1/10 x1/10 seems too much.

KENO- Different Games and lottery Hot Spot
I have played keno in a local casino, and then on video games, and the local games played in state lottery shops. they have all had different payouts. the large prize isnt surpassed by the state games. which starts here at $1 mill and jackpots, now at 1.9 million. but the smaller games, casino and video have better odds on the lower spots. ie, the spit 2 on video keno is often 15 to 1 payout where as the state payout is 12 to 1. i think the break point is spot 4 or 5, where the state start

To strategize or not to strategize? That is the question
Once again the winning lottery numbers are 01-02-03-04-05-06, there were no winners. Idiocracy (2006) IMHO some simple strategies such as wheeling 12 numbers (12,6,4,6)=6 lines have an almost amazing odds reduction of having winning numbers among the 12 compared to among the 6. BobP

CA lottery Scratch offs
The California Scratchers forum used to be busy forum back in 2013-14, but activity and user comments gradually tapered off as games have gotten worse and worse and people decreased or stopped playing altogether. Hardly anybody from California comes on anymore. I stopped playing all games late last year, but I like to check back and see if people have any luck or want to comment about the state of the CA Lottery. Doesn't look like I'm missing much. Sorry about your bad luck; several times last y

RL's T-Lex program download, free software
Guys, One more thing I'd like to add. Do not think that there's one magic formula that will work with all the games in the same way. You remember what RL wrote that he finds significant differences between P-3 and P-4 using the same method and the game which has better odds for a player turns out for him more difficult to hit. It can be the same with you. Pick a game and try to work out your best method to deal with it, be it s/c cart steps or whatever. Once you've chosen it stick to it and d

Ohio scratch offs
Yeah, I agree man. That, and the odds are just so insane that you have to be at the right place at the right time. A large amount of the FL lotto winners seem to be in the Miami/south Florida area, and part of the reason for that is because more people play down there. Chasing winners just seems pointless because a person wont get ahead unless get extremely lucky. The lotto has to make money some way, and the elusive dream of hitting the jackpot is what keeps people spending. I'm so dis
