Bob, Do you go around playing every number people post? I would think not, but it's nice of people like Blackapple and others that post on this forum to help increase your odds of winning. I personally use that information and compare with my workouts which has helped me win quite a bit. Good for you! Wear your hat and shirt proudly. Some one else a while ago posted that they had won about 10k on a second chance. The member attributed the win to the fact that there were less than 9k entries, so better odds. Calif is phasing out all the end of game prizes. The weekly draws for much less they pad. EG, they advertise 100k but it is divided among 25 people.

Firstly, total tickets sold for the raffle just ended was 356,904 out of 500,000. 71.4% ticket sell-through. Payout $5,089,200 / Revenue $7,138,080 = 71.3% overall prize payback (~20% above that of typical numbers games). According to the latest PA Lottery news posting, the next raffle is scheduled to start Nov-10th with drawing on Jan-2nd. Presumably, sales will be limited to 500,000 tickets with same prize structure as the past raffle. Another chance with great odds of winning a $million

I always get one mega millions quick pick. Of course the exception over 15 or so years has been the 300 million mark. Not 280. not 290. not 299. 300 million+.
