In Michigan: 9/19/15: 0090 9/24/15: 0007 Wonder what the odds are that 0000 might show? It has never shown in MI lottery history.

VW - Clear Case of DECEPTION !
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but random number generators are in fact easily programmable. The best place to view this is in casinos. All video slots, poker, etc. now use RNG's. These run constantly and when money is inserted freeze upon the selection at that precise moment in time. However, casinos can, and legally do, program varying odds into the RNG's. This is displayed as payout percentages. So, even with extreme levels of security measures in place, RNG's can be manipulated, if they

New York: 9/1 - 9/30/2015
Big Jimmy paying attention to you Long Odds. Sum 21 with a number I had in my playbook for tomorrow: 2379 I guess it fits better today since it has today's date in there. Great call.

Florida Scratch Offs - Post Pictures if posible
You're right on OLDSCHOOL !! The NEW tickets really suck. I will never buy the new $20 ticket. I made my killing on GRT - BILLIONDOLLARBLOCK BUSTER - $200MS - 100X - Jubilee - the odds for $500 on GR and GRT are the same but I only got a few $500's on GR and many many more on GRT - buying almost the same amount of tickets. How can that be ? I may stop buying all together. The mystery of 100X sounds more like BS than any other explanation I've heard.

Ncel - North Carolina - No Play Day - October 1St, 2015
Thanks for posting SnapDragon. I was actually the instigator (if you will) of this movement based on the many postings and patterns I have seen and recorded over the past 12 mos. In addition to the draw games being Tampered with I have reason to believe the same is true with instant tix as well. For example, in S.C., the SCEL posts a sticker EVERYWHERE that states Tickets may still be sold even after all top prizes are won and don't know if it is a requirement, but retailers post a DAILY list of

what basic filters to avoid conflicts in a lottery?
Sorry RJOh I didn't explain it well enough. In 6/49 each previous draw consists of 6 unique numbers. If we ignore those 6 numbers from the previous draw, (we're talking just those six not all past winning draws) not including them in our next draw's play, on the days this strategy proves correct 45% of the time we do indeed get the reduction. Most filtering software includes this filter asking how many numbers from the previous draw among the lines, (most would pick one because the odds ar

Virginia Lottery's bank a million game
News Flash: The game is RANDOM! The smaller prizes hit first because they have better odds. Or do you think there's some guy in the state capital who decides each draw which prizes he's gonna release? Sheesh!

what basic filters to avoid conflicts in a lottery?
Hello, perfect BOBP ok, silly, then very difficult to beat the odds It has the standard precedent filter out 75% to 80% of the time, but this has to play various draws, followed filter to play in 5,10,20 sweepstakes, so the adjustment will come in. The last draw can be a reference to the next delete we also have columns (positions) .as the DNA genetic code, BOBP, we could create one basic pattern divided into two = 8/2

Have you ever had a store clerk split the cost of an Instant?
Heh, I get what you're saying. I suppose you're right; I should send an email to the MSL and let them know what happened. But, the refusal guy today aside, is there a benefit to the clerk when it comes to splitting the cost (other than better odds for a higher priced ticket with a lower entry fee) that I'm not seeing?
