LOTTERY’S First-ever millionaire raffle
dang! and why couldnt I had a sidebet on when they were to have sold out! I would have won! :) . I was actually going to buy one today when I did a scratch off that paid out $50.00. The lady at the checkout was getting hammered with *purchases*, and just didnt have the time to wait on lottery *folks*. (those were her words.) I do so enjoy being labeled a *lottery* folk. Cuz someday when I win *big* , I want *folks* to remember it was the lottery that gave them the job behind the counter :). Gla

PowerBall odds for 100 tickets?
Sirbrad- a synonym for visualization in the medical field: delusional. Not meant to hamper your technique, but when I read that method, its the first thing that came to my mind. To dream is one thing and quite necessary to aspire. I agree that the odds don't deter those with aspirations, in fact it fuels them! Stick with what the budget can handle. Good luck to you this holiday season! (PS- I got a side bet that you'll hit on that raffle!)

Discussion of lottery at work...
Millionaire Raffle, a groundbreaking new game developed by the Pennsylvania Lottery, will create four new millionaires on New Year s Eve.Another overinflated jackpot lie. As the lottery said that is before taxes. Just how are they creating millionaires, when the IRS is getting $250,000 of it?More like hundred thousandaires. How can they get away with all these lies? Why don't they make the prize one million dollars AFTER taxes? I am getting quite sick of all the deception between them and

LOTTERY’S First-ever millionaire raffle
Please name one state run lottery game that DOES GUARANTEE a Prize with every purchase and I'd gladly buy it! The fact is- the games are risk takers. I do agree that NY's game is inticing with the ONE grand prize winner of 50 million, less tax. The final number of second and third place prize levels will be determined by ticket sales. As with the Lottery's daily drawings, this drawing will be conducted under the observation of an independent auditor. -(taken directly from NY Lottery website)And

LOTTERY’S First-ever millionaire raffle
Just wanted to update that tickets are selling well for this raffle. There are supposed only 200,000 left! And this is only after one week of opening sales. Thus far I have three of the tickets. May go get another one before its sold out.Investing $80.00 to get back possibly 1k, not to shabby! But I'll glaldy take the higher prizes as well. Best to all who will be playing this game! I'd love to hear that an LP player claimed one of the tickets!

Half way there on the match 6 again!
Sirbrad- you may be onto something since you called those numbers and were able to hit. Those numbers were a sweet combination, easier to play then the consecutives and high numbers they been grouping up lately. This whole month for PA has been filled with peculiar combinations. Doubles are hitting like crazy for Pick 3 and Pick 4. Match 5 has been rolling to half a mill before it hits. I really find this month to be messing with the system I use. I seriously can see you typing one of these drawi

$500 Million Jackpot!
Why limit the roll over for MM for? I think it was wrong of the MUSL to do it to PB in the first place! I have always thought it's the winner takes all type of games that have the most players playing that particular game! I guess that does hold true in the case of which of the two games (MM or PB) has the fastest growing roll over jackpots and that title goes to MM, hands down! Yes, I know MM has a larger player base, but that also says that more of the players like the idea of the winner takes

powerball and mega million matrix changes
As long as the winnings remain in the 100 million, 200 million, 300 million, etc., the sheep will line up to donate their dollars. It is an unresistable lure; it the free beer, the chance at a kiss from the prettiest girl in school, the raffle for the free car, the chance for a trip to Hawaii, all rolled into one great big shiney hook. Look how many went nuts for $340M. Man couldn't turn down the apple, and he will never walk away from the chance at hundreds of millions of dollars. They don't pu

Oklahoma lottery commission urged to keep moving
exactly they need to let them know that....if you don't have balls.it ain't a lottery!I agree Mike. Naturally. It bears a striking resemblance to lottery in a lot of ways, but it ain't lottery. All those electrons banging together with subatomic numbers painted on them are lessory. Or some kind of electric money raffle. But old Rocko Redbone already knows that. He used to be in MO with the lottery there. Rocko won't be fooled by some tiny little electro-things into thinking they know how to
