I don't wish for 5 winners at $40 million, but I would for 5 winners at $400 million. I just like the idea of having more winners rather than larger jackpots. Those 5 winners at $400 million would also have a lot more money per person than if they all won at the same time for a $40 million jackpot. In fact, I'd be happy if odds were made better for players and jackpots never went over $40 million. Not really sure why it matters what someone's opinion on the matter is. Neither one is right or

I'm wondering if they can even be combined, since they're separate games. If they can be combined, what are my combined odds, is it 1 in 11,000 or 2 in 11,000? If it's 2 in 11,000 since I have two tickets, is that the same as 1 in 5,500?

I've sat out recent drawings too. As a matter of fact, I've sat out all past drawings. Told myself I wouldn't play or even practice working on games like Powerball in earnest, until after I finished working on strategies for the smaller games. $300 Million Dreams... The annuity value, while a great marketing gimmick that misleads many, is meaningless. The estimated cash value is around $300 million. After taxes, it's drops to around $180 million or even less depending on the winner's state. Still a bundle, but nowhere near $450 million.
