Yes, they are. They are favored to appear as the lowest number in the set. 85 out of the 120 P3 boxed singles have 0, or 1, or 2, as the lowest number. Coincidentally We had a post back in May where someone won $100k at El Monte https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/250725/3615774 Not sure if it is at your location or another winner in the same city as your handle. Now and days, scratchers end with about half of the top prizes. Again, thanks for providing insight. Since those games reached their deadline in terms of entry date, it could be any time between now and November 5th, it is always a 2 week span window. Long time ago they used to declare a winner within 4 days, but now and days they cut to closer to the deadline. One time the pushed back the announcement of the winner after the original date. I am sure you are eager for those Lucky for Life draws, but the odds/entries on those I bet will be record breaking.
