NC new game: " ALL or NOTHING"
I bought a ticket about 1:00 today and played 1-2-4-6-8-9-11-13-14-20-22-23. I assumed the drawings would be around the same time as Pick 4 and checked my numbers around 4:00 and got excited when I only saw the 14 and 20 and thought I won 50 bucks. Then I saw the drawing was at 12:30 and I had picked for the 7:30 drawing. Check numbers tonight and matched 5 numbers for no money. I don't really like the odds for this game. A 2.00 play gets you a 1 in 2.7 million chance to win 250k (or less if

Win D's Pick 3 ROULETTE
Do appreciate the good imagenative effort Win D, but regrettably these potential multi pic 3 degit roulette combos do not have anything special to overcome the odds consequently all will lose at the negative expectation rate, in the long run even with the kind assistance of winsumloossum fine tool box excel files. Just ty it and see what happens Eddessa_Knight

When is 55 going to be in a MM winning combination?
Every number has 1 in 15 chance in the next drawing, has the same chance in the next 15 drawings, just like they had that same chance in the last 113 drawings. All the numbers including 55 will eventually be drawn, but until we're positive 55's vacation is over, it's not a bad idea to not use it. Just going back 75 drawings, the numbers drawn 2 or less times all missed the last 4 drawings. The number 44 was drawn twice, the last on April 11 which was last time the number 57 last drawn even thoug

California: 9/1 - 9/30/2014
Well you can immediately remove 39 49 from tomorrow midday: all three digits have been out 6+ plays. I now extract twelve that look supremely best to me midday: 02 03 04 07 26 28 36 38 46 48 78 79 Me? Just me? This is the only pool I'm gonna focus on for the Midday pick. Now, back to those out digits... I think it's very much worth betting on one of them returning to play. So, we now reduce it to 03 04 36 38 46 48 79 My own watch digits for tomorrow are: 0 1 2 6 7. Well,

Should we boycott Mega Millions?
You said: You do realize that everyone has the same chances of winning despite the state they live in, right? The only thing affecting your chances of winning, by only the tiniest of margin, is how many lines you play. Someone playing $1 in Wyoming has the same chance as someone playing $1 in California, Texas, New York or Florida. There is a larger chance of someone in California winning than a person in Wyoming, but that's only because California has more people playing. However, the odds o

CA Lottery - California Love - CA Lottery Scratchers
I would not say I am an expert, but the prize redemption distribution is roughly 42-44% and if 9 out of 24 prizes got claimed (37.5%) it would be behind a top prize. If you look at the September Retail Product Plan on the website, it says to return $500 Frenzy, 20x The Money, Piggy Bank, and CA Black back to your sales representative, so probably they are phasing out CA Black now. Get them while you can. The new $10 game came out today it has similar odds to Diamond Millionaire and CA Blac

wonder if some people who play mm or pb don't even know what the multiplier or poweplay is
I always play the MM megaplier because second prize would be at least 2 million, and maybe 5 million. On the other hand, I rarely play PB powerplay because the ticket is already $2, and second prize would only be 2 million with the powerplay. Also, the prize structure for PB is really wacky. And the powerplay number 2 is much more likely to show than the other powerplay numbers. The odds for second prize are much better for PB than for MM though.

10 things you might not know about the lottery
Stanford University mathematician Keith Devlin offered this translation: Imagine a standard NFL football field. Somewhere in the field, a student has placed a single, small, common variety of ant that she has marked with a spot of yellow paint. You walk onto the field blindfolded, and push a pin into the ground. If your pin pierces the marked ant, you win. Otherwise you lose. Want to give it a go? Now there's a graphic illustration of huge odds! But, every couple of months someone nails that
