With you on the all even plays; they certainly are a trend reversal play with all of these odds, trips and now double-doubles being drawn. Watch also for a drop down double 5 after the trip. Congrats on your system looks promising. Thanks for listing a smaller list of numbers which makes it more playable for those of us on limited budgets. GL
Dejavu - i want to make it clear that with my comment above I am not criticizing your strategy because it is a tough game we play so anything that

Hitting the very next double System// by using ODDS
Getting back on topic... When playing P3 dbls use All even, odd, low or high as your combo. They hit 95 out of 131 on mid
and 86 out of 129 on eve going back to 1/1/2013 in Md. That's 72.5% and 66.6% respectively. Your state may vary.
When you watch the #'s you increase your odds of hitting. Observe!!!

Powerball Power Play Number Almost Always 2 ?
Thanks for the greet noise-gate ... I didn't know CA didn't have the extra dollar. I normally don't play Powerball and Mega Millions all that much since all these new changes with higher odds. However, when March started I decided to play both games with the extra dollar for the whole month ... so I have these tickets and have won nothing to date ... still have Fri and Sat ... but I started to notice all the 2s coming out this month for the Power Play option. If I hadn't already spent the money

CA Lottery - California Love - CA Lottery Scratchers
Don't know if I have the funds to play every day, but my biggest wins (larger than $200) have all come on the Daily 3/4. I figured if there was some putz out there losing on three or four or even five consecutive $20 tickets, that money would have been better spent and he would have had a far better chance--albeit still very unlikely--to win a decent prize on the D 3/4, Fantasy 5 or Hot Spot.
Any scratcher jackpot is not a huge priority; the odds are next to impossible. A fantasy of mine? Yo

CA Lottery - California Love - CA Lottery Scratchers
It's really just a volume game. You have to find places that are good to you and stay on them. Do it everyday. Don't deviate too much, get a good relationship with a person working there and it should eventually pay off. I guess I was lucky in that I hit $500 early on and then hit $1000 after that. Last year was my first year playing and I think I started roughly in the middle of the year, maybe earlier.
The $5 and smaller games to me are just not good payoff games. Then again, it's probably

Deja vu - See what I mean by extreme? There's no way in hell the vast majority of players following the Night draw would play that aftter all the odd digits we've had. TLC just keeps dropping them. It's like if you flipped a coin and 7 heads came out in a row. Would you then go ahead bet on heads again? Yes, statisticians, the sample size is small but we are in the business here of forecasting short-term trends, and in my case, trend reversals.
So here's another strategy; when the freaks

Scratch-Off Tickets bought by the pack/roll
That would seem kind of odd. Florida usually keeps the overall payout structure for most rolls at a return of about 40% to 45%. Getting $50 on a $20 ticket roll ($600 total) would seem very odd.
I have bought 5 rolls (2 x $10 rolls and 4 x $5 rolls) total over many years and I have never profited once. My best outcome was with a $10 roll when I only lost $150 because of several $100 wins.
If you do buy the rolls, do it for fun because the odds are stacked up against you greatly.

Why does the Mega Millions Jackpot not start at $40 mil?
You're making this needlessly difficult and obscuring a very simple way of funding a larger starting JP. They don't have to take it from the excess that would be defeating the purpose. everyone likes knowing what the real JP number is as opposed to the guesstimate.
But, if as you say, the JP is fully funded by draw 3, then have it funded by draw 4 instead and raise the starting amount. No one is winning by draw 4 now anyway, Not after they raised the odds.
And yes, no big surprise, I am
