Who here plays Lotto, like a business?
My point exactly. When a player becomes more informed and serious with the game(s), they will then refrain from playing just any old way and being careless with their money. There are definitely approaches available which actually allow the player, at the minimum, to recover monies for a given amount of plays. Often, a small profit can be realized but this is much tougher when playing state lottery.
If a person is online, it's much easier to turn a profit due directly to how the odds are outl

Who here plays Lotto, like a business?
To me, this statement is questionable in regards to Pick3/Pick4. If a person is, in fact, playing and tracking these games like a business, they'll learn how to get the most out of their money during a series of plays. As with a business the first priority should be RECOVERY, at some point, and not trying to just win because you can win and still be in the hole if that win doesn't occur in enough time.
With the jackpot games, yes, everyone loses money every time based strictly on the odds and

$5000 FIESTA the new FL scratch off blunder?
They put that Top Prize 00 number set on there by mistake.
The 3,703,099 number might be the total number of all prizes for that game.
Top prize odds are 1 in 240,000, so with 75 top prizes the total number of tickets for the game is 18,000,000, so 3 to 4 million winners is about right.

EuroMillions getting pretty big again.
no the best increase in odds is going from zero chance, to some small chance. just spend what you are happy to lose.
a good question to as yourself is, how will i feel if i wake up and this bet is lost ot me? if you say pretty bad, then you bet too much. if the answer is ehh its only money. or its just a night out drinking,. possibly you are betting low enough.
personally i ould save up for when the millionaire raffle has 25 or 100 tickets in th single draw, and spend my money then.

CA Lottery - California Love - CA Lottery Scratchers
From what I can gather, it has higher lower tier prizes, and better odds for getting them and mid tier prizes than its counterparts. So instead of getting a 10 or 15 dollar hit, you get $20 and higher hits....and you're probably more likely to hit 100 on one of these, then say...a $10 lucky for life.
I bought one today and it was a loser...I am not really sure what to say about these tickets, except that they are snip expensive. If you have the dough and can lose some in the hopes of hitting

CA Lottery - California Love - CA Lottery Scratchers
The $500K Riches has a prize structure more similar to Calif Lottery Black, where they pump up the top prize beyond what a normal $5 game can offer, at the expense of robbing from the mid range prizes. You only get around 55% back in the average play area of a couple hundred odds range. So you'll lose more money playing this game than other games...unless you hit the top prize.

Mega Millions multi-state lottery to get harder to win in Oct.
Are you saying the MM has just jumped the shark?
Zagly.
And there ain't no tablespoon, that would shorten the odds, you'd be eatin' the mayonnaise out of the jar with a pool cue.

Now then ....... All odds perhaps? 135, 137, 139, 157, 159, 179, 357, 359, 379, 57

Mega Millions multi-state lottery to get harder to win in Oct.
This isn't the 1980s and yes if Mega Millions or Powerball was around in the 1980s (actually the first multi-state lotto started in either '87 or '88, it was the predecessor to PB made up of six states and Washington D.C.) in the format they are today with the number of states involved there would have been 300M jackpots back then as well. Games were a dollar back then too, just because 300 million was worth more back then doesn't mean it couldn't have happened, people see those big numbers they

Message on today's IL LDL ticket
Boy you better get your system down to a T! No time to waste. Time to refine that workout.
I like the VA game. I been thinking of going down there to give lady luck a try. Nice odds. Nice price.
I would go to the Edgar Cayce museum and meditate for numbers.
