Pick 2 of the Pick- 3 and win.
In case a double hits ? ...... the odds go down of course. Now... instead of 1 of 3 .......it's 1 of 2 digits that may or may not return. For day to day use.... and close enough for Gov work..LOL ..............there is a 50/50 chance if one of the two digits will repeat from a double in the next draw. *Actually there is about a 51% chance that neither of the 2 digits will repeat in the next draw ......from a double.

If you won with a numbers system... [POLL]
Winning a JP with a system once doesn't prove your system works because luck could've been involved. However, had you proven on paper that you hit the previous 3 JPs or more with your system, then I'd say you had a winner. I personally don't believe it's possible to hit the JP on a regular basis with any system. The odds are too astronomical for any Human to defeat on an ongoing basis. So I really can't answer your question based on the two scenarios I mentioned above.

is anyone making an income from lottery
Oh, OK! If you read my posting from July 11, 2010, you'll probably understand why I didn't expect to be told about this today: https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/217181/1706395 In Vegas, stick to the table games that have known odds, and in Pennsylvania, play the games whose winners are determined by those bouncing plastic balls... ...until the Lottery Commission convinces us that there is no way for ANYONE to know the winning numbers in computerized games BEFORE the official drawing!!

Midday Ga//Oldest Straights
Leelee....... I hope by starting off your hunt with thisUN-hit straights list .......you can pick the right FILTERS to use on it each day. Because theStates Pick 3 games only pay us off in .....HALF of what the TRUE odds really are........ Playing for Straights is a Big job. Most folks go for just boxes..... and that's all they can afford they think. Watered down bets get watered down pay-offs.

New York: 4/1 - 4/30/2013
NY Mid-Day Winner - 3060 So many of us were onto the double zeroes! But trying to battle these odds is really challenging. I was all over 3610 and I did go one up and down on the last digit but just couldn't come up with 3600 even boxed... ughhh

Changes to Texas Lotto
Texas Lottery has changed the Texas Lotto game to add a Texas Lotto with Extra for an extra $1. Jackpot is starting higher, too at $5m annuity, $3.5 cash. For an extra $1 you can get higher prizes - you can get your $2 back if you hit 2 of 6 on a 6 ball game, and the other non jackpot winnings go up +10 +100 +10,000. The odds go from 1:71.1 to 1:7.9 to win a prize. I'll try the extra for a few draws. Better chance to get your $2 back than your $1. Any thoughts?

Playing PB with The Power Play in New York?
Stack47, I agree with to each their own except when the odds against winning $40,000 on a $3 ticket are 34 times larger than winning $500 on a $1 ticket. Let's just agree to call it a sticky wicket as $40,000 is $35,500 better than $500!
