Florida Scratch Offs - Post Pictures if posible
@Dracos - you will for sure hit a few 500s with buying that many. If I can buy 4 and hit 2 I think it'll be fine to say at least 3-4 for u and maybe a million ;)
@adam - how many have you purchased and did u play anymore scratchers recently??
I have only 6 tickets but again I didn't start playing the Florida raffle until like 3 days ago and I like to spread my purchases..headed home to scratch my 2MJ box in the 268k range so wish me luck..

Also, raffle ticket was up to 554k as of 9pm. Unless it hits 45k+ sales tomorrow, it doesn't look like it will even hit the 600k mark. Will this jeopardize future raffles? Time will tell. They still profit, albeit, the margin isn't what they hoped to get.
I calculated the odds being 1 in 86k at winning $1M with 600k tickets. Looks like it may be a tad bit better than that. Odds are 1 in 83k if it only reaches 580k ticket sales.

Florida Holiday Millionaire Raffle 2016
A rate of 30,000 per day is absolutely incredible. I've been watching the ticket countdown counter on PA's website, and tickets for their millionaire raffle have been steady, and have hit a high of 13,000 per day.
The PA drawing is one week from today, so maybe they'll really spike up this weekend, but as of 9 AM this morning PA still had 86,000 tickets left. At 13,000 per day, that translates into a sellout next Friday.
But I do think you're right about Florida not selling out. No way t

2017 PA Millionaire Raffle With Six EARLY BIRD Drawings!
86,000 left at 9 AM.
Difference is 5,000 sold from 4:45 PM yesterday. In 16 hours they've been selling at an average rate of 300 per hour.
300 per hour equals a rate of 7200 per day, which is low. (sales during the wee hours of the morning had to be very slow) My guess is they'll sell today at a rate closer to 550 per hour or 13,200 per day. That translates into a sell out next Friday, one day before the drawing. But who really knows? Maybe raffle fever has really set in, and they'll be g

Florida Holiday Millionaire Raffle 2016
So it looks like sales hit around 30,000 per day yesterday. That leaves around 220,000 tickets left to sell in three days, an average of over 70,000 per day for a sell-out. Sales volume is increasing, but I still don't think it will sell out.
All of the prize payouts for this game were funded at sales of 433,750. Even with adding on some for the Lottery's cost of doing business, I'd say they're in the black with the Raffle at this point.
I may get another ticket; I'd like to get one late M

@ Skeptic - #15.
@ Ron - Yep, I got some more Super Millions near me. Got my ass kicked. Got a roll #710k near where I live. $245/$600. This game is notorious for having min payout rolls. HG, 2MJ, 200MS, and 50X all pay out way better. Heck, even the $20 Lucky For Life might have a higher average payout than SM. With SM it seems most rolls out there are like this unless you're lucky enough to encounter one with a $200, $500, multiple $100 winners, or the elusive claim tickets...

Thanks for the info about the software. And I appreciate the time you took out to search for the fantasy 5 stats. I am surprised at these results. It does shine light on which number(s) i should pay more attention to. I wouldn't have ever guessed that #28 was the most drawn. I think I'll have to invest in this software.
Anway, I wish much luck on the millionaire raffle. I hope that your brother got you that winning ticket.

Florida Holiday Millionaire Raffle 2016
Here's a cut 'n paste from Pennsylvania's Official Rules for the PA Holiday Millionaire Raffle as to how the winning numbers are determined. A computer-generated randomizer will be used to conduct the drawing. Six-thousand (6,000) unique eight-digit numbers will be drawn from the range of numbers representing the chances sold.
Because there are so many winners, (6,000) it would be impossible to show anything other than the four one million dollar winners. But what is there to see? A computer

Florida Holiday Millionaire Raffle 2016
I was talking to a fellow lottery player the other day about The Pennsylvania Millionaire raffle and I mentioned the spike in ticket sales towards the very end of the sales cycle. My friend said he was aware of it, and he offered an explanation for it that I hadn't even considered.
He said that Some of it is 'volume buyers' . He says volume buyers are players that know they're going to buy four or five hundred dollars worth of tickets, but are unwilling to commit to spending that much money

2017 PA Millionaire Raffle With Six EARLY BIRD Drawings!
Just as an FYI... The Florida Lottery is running a holiday raffle too. It's quite similar to PA's, 750,000 max tickets sold, 4 winners of one million dollars, and tickets cost 20 bucks a pop.
They've got six Early Bird drawings going too, except the three winners of that only win $10,000. They've been selling tickets at a 10,000 per day clip (70,000 per week) so the odds to win 10 grand are about 70,000 to 1.
Compare that to PA's 5,900 per day and about 40,000 to 1 odds to win 50 Grand....
