Winner who claimed half of $395 million Mega Millions jackpot sues California Lottery for other half
If he did indeed buy both tickets, and the video evidence shows him buying both tickets, then he should get the other half of the jackpot. The key to proving this is to get the video evidence. If I had bought both tickets, I would have called the store manager and had him look at the time stamped times to see what it showed. Missouri: 7/1 - 7/31/2025
I didn't play. But, I been talking about how 587 at one time, was the most hitting pick 3 for Missouri. It's o.k. I will catch a nice win. I been on the phone with Security for Missouri lottery, I lost $17.00 in a vending machine, and the store would not refund my money, when they saw the machine malfunctioned, so, I had to call Molottery, now, I have to upload the pictures I took and the address to the store, and send it to a guy in security to get my funds back.

The other, and better, IMHO, reason would be to allow a jackpot to continue growing in order to boost sales. The problem is that no matter how much the people running the lottery might apprec

Lottery is not random it's predetermined
Except for the fact that the state is ultimately responsible for the security and validity of it's draw methods. Let's not discount Edward Plevel's role... he was a PA state lottery official also involved in the scheme. So it is not like the PA lottery had no involvement...
