The Mega Millions jackpot increased by the minimum $10 million to $120 million. It is estimated the current jackpot is under funded from sales by about $8.3 million. In the previous Mega Millions run, the jackpot went from $110 million to $122 million. That is, it was fully funded and did not increase by the minimum. I buy rarely now because of rng. I just wonder if people are doing better or worse with it. And i wonder if there sales are up or down. I noticed they never post pick 4 wins anymore. On there website. Seems kinda weird to me. Once they switched I basically stopped buying. I was trying to figure out patterns when it first started to. I eventuality gave up. I don't trust it. Well I can only buy half as many cookies and no cupcakes now. I can also see why lottery sales could increase in a bad economy since more people become desperate for hope and a prayer, that cost more than twice as much now. But we're still at the beginning.

You can see in the story that they are even forcing couriers to maintain their designated lottery terminal within a traditional retailer's premises. For states that have too powerful of a retailer lobby, this is a good way to go. Banning is bad and unnecessary.
