If you get more hits .
No one can evaluate your performance better than you can if you're honest with yourself. You know the strategy you use to pick the combinations you play so only you can tell if that strategy is capable of picking a winner.
Even when I don't win anything if I have all the winning numbers in a reduced pool of numbers then I know I'm on to something. For example on Monday I played 20 lines of Classic Lotto using a pool of 38 numbers with all 6 winning numbers. Playing only 38 numbers with all si

Pennsylvania Wins Powerball Last NIGHT!! UGHHHHHH
Problem is the first few draws now are in the mid 20 million range in sales. Even when the jackpot hits $100 million now, the sales are only in the $35+ million range, not enough to cover if someone won on the 1st drawing starting at $100M and a (small) but still possible chance of the lottery losing a lot of money if there is a streak where there are a lot of wins early (for example, say if someone won $100M, then the next series another wins it at $110M, and then another at $100M).

FL Fantasy 5, for December 6 Groups of Numbers:
Lottery is based on none affordability of the amount of tickets that would give better chance to win. In this sense it is socially unfair, because people who can afford more tickets have more chances to win and v/v. The only fair side of lottery that it gives money to social programs, but that feels like extra tax on already poor population.
In regard to using 27 double digit numbers only, I think they can be wheeled, and checked for repeats, and then only proper combinations chosen amon

To Define a Great System
IMHO, my idea of a good system is based on cost alone. Wager $100 and make $150, it's a good system. The idea is for it to be a plus (overall) with enough of a gain to make it worth the time spent. Finding such a system, however, is elusive. I'm currently trying to find a system or model that I can program out and add to my website. Systems may have to be combined to make it useful. The idea is to have the final picks all generated by code so it doesn't have to be done by hand for every draw. Ma

Do Some Number Combinations Have Better Odds? No All Combinations Have The Same Chances Of Winning.

Florida Grouper
Just another way to take more of your money. Just like the couple of extra bucks (powerplay) for a JP game ticket to win more if you hit the JP. It's a scam. The odds are so high that I'd be happy with the original JP payout, so paying an extra couple of bucks to supersize the meal I will probably never eat is simply another way to lure people to empty their pockets.
Reminds me of coupons in the newspaper. They lure you to buy things you don't need at the supermarket, but who cares right, it'

Texas All or Nothing
Funny you mention Cash 5. I actually gave some thought to playing it this week, but , 436,000 to 1 odds for $20k is effing ridiculous.
I really thought about playing all 24 All or Nothing draws this wee too, but looking at my past results, I have been winning 42% of what I play, so that convinced me to take slow, and see what happens. For tomorrow, I'm playing 1-2-3-4-8-9-16-17-21-22-23-24 in the morning. Backtesting those numbers won about 62%. I got that idea from you Oso. Thanks.
Hoping

To Define a Great System
Ridge, optimized timing means playing on combinations which have better odds of producing the type of hit you're looking for, okay. It's very similar to what Ronnie316 discusses in his thread....high/low and odd/even...etc. You seem to enjoy trying to discount my analysis of numerical approaches and I'm not sure why. rcbuckeye just said essentially the same thing I did and, in fact, used the same terminologies but, no back lashes for him though right?
