Do some number combinations have better odds?
Thanks for the reply Stack, but Im not sure how you got off on playing a full 15 number wheel ? The thread topic is Do some combinations have better odds? If you have ever read the story of David and Goliath you may understand that David was the only one out in all the great armies that realized Goliath had only one very small weak point in his armour that protected him. He also realized that if he was going to exploit that one very small weak point he was going to have to use stone that w

What's the most you've ever won?
I actually never really played the lottery until February of this year - my bf came home and said he wanted to put $100 towards Fantasy 5 because he heard of someone who hit it twice in a year (and the odds are much better than pb or mm), so I decided to help him pick numbers. First time out, I won the $100 back by picking 4 out of 5 and then some based on studying the previous draws. Since then, I've kinda been hooked. Don't know if this is good or bad, lol. Anyway, I've been finding it interes

for all nc players, please read and don't forget..... the last time the 1 digit fell as the lead number in a midday drawing was April 22nd... for all you newbies this means the 1st number started with the 1 digit.. with these kind of odds, the 1 digit has to lead in midday very very soon..... if you are trying to get that big hit you need to wipe away debt and get ahead on bills, play all on your numbers starting with the 1 digit until it hits starting with the 1 digit for a midday drawing...

I hear what your saying, and you make all valid points. In all fairness, we can use 100 combination examples which is something most all of us could do. (if we choose to) I'm choosing my 100 lines from the pool of lines that wins the JP 20 times more often, even if it is a 20 times bigger pool. I know I know, that makes the odds exactly the same ....... But does it??..... Just because you learned something in a mathematics classroom and all your classmates agree, does not always make it absol

I prefer playing the lottery games where the odds of winning something is much better than PB or MM, but I do occasionally play those games. Saturday on a whim, I played two PB QPs with Powerplay and got extremely lucky and matched 3 + 1. Not complaining but the $200 was the minimum I would have won playing the old game when Powerplay cost $2 instead of $3. Several members believe there is a system to hit the PB or MM jackpot, but I think you'll find the majority of us buy tickets so we can d

Do some number combinations have better odds?
You understand the difference between individual combinations and groups of combinations, right? If you draw a single card from a standard deck you're more likely to draw a club than a 3 because there are thirteen clubs but only four 3's. That doesn't mean you're more likely to draw the 3 of clubs than the 3 of spades. There's only one of each, so your odds of drawing either of them is 1 in 52. Mixed combinations and all odd/all even lottery combinations work exactly the same way. There are m

Do some number combinations have better odds?
Gee........ no wonder they make so much money. Odds favor a mixture around 95% of the time. When I play a large block of lines it is to my advantage to eliminate all even/all odd lines.

Do some number combinations have better odds?
Half the balls in the machine have odd numbers, and half the balls in the machine have even numbers. I'm not the first person to ask this question. What are the odds of getting all odd or all even numbers in a draw?
