Wow, I really don't think anyone can say with absolute certainty. Perhaps use some of the old strategies to improve your odds. Keep your mouth shut! Probably not a good idea to tell anyone in the circle of family and friends, use extreme discression before telling the spouse. Claim by Revocable Living Trust if possible.
