Thanks for the congrats, guys! I have my speech all ready for when I win a big enough game to appear at a mic, though I probbaly should wait until the check clears, but will along the line of recognizing that I was hanging myself out too far and for too long, and pinning one's hops on beating incredible odds should not be the only game plan for finding financial stability...
On that note, I will be keeping an eye out for that 779 - I see it in your pairs Calabs! I did see that 245 as key num

$356 MILLION: Mega Millions lottery jackpot nears record
BuyLow,
Your odds do not change drastically whether you buy 1, 100 or 1000 tickets. Buy a few from different places this will likely get you more results.
Buuying in several different locations improves your chances of meeting the Lottery Fairy.

Powerball Won Again... Already?
smart serious players are those who put a little thought in the numbers they play and the amount of tickets they buy making their picks high quality .
Reminds me of the contest challenges made in the self picks vs QP threads where some QP players said it wasn't necessary to buy QPs to prove their point. Words like coverage have no meaning to those who believe 2 or 3 QP combinations are enough coverage when it takes 12 combos just to cover all the numbers just once. Throw in the fact it takes

The Shotgun Playing Method To Winning A Lottery Jackpot.
The main point of the Shotgun Playing Method is that you can increase your chances of winning any lottery game but not your odds.
You can actually participate with 1 quick pick ticket in any lottery game pool. Remember every lottery game is a just a big pool of players in itself.
Buying more tickets increase your chances of winning a lottery jackpot, but you can lose the most money in the short run.
A LOTTERY STOP LOSS LIMIT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO BE SUCCESSFUL OVER THE LONG RUN,

Very nice job - WTG on the straight call Chris$!! Jack your posts are right on too!!
I think they'll be playing more odds soon too....that 157 I'm waiting on and a nice big fat win on 117 or 177
- either will do, it just seems time for one....or both.

New to Scratchers!
Hey OMiller,
Thanks for the welcome and your response. It makes sense the higher the ticket the better the possible return. My wife and I just returned from the grocery store, we decided to spend $20 on $5 tickets. We ended up winning $25! I have a feeling our luck so far will end though, if everyone had this luck...well, everyone would be playing!
As much as we enjoy scratching $2 tickets, I think we're going to move to $5 tickets. They seems to have better odds, and in the end that's all

Buying More Tickets Does Not Increase Your Odds.
In a field of 175,000,000 combinations it takes a lot more than 175,000 to = 1 in 1,000.
Now who is stupid Floyd?
Mayh is an exact science, there are no variables. If your magic fractions to reduce the odds worked, the fraction you think you've reduced them to would be reflected by the same exact amount of combinations played and not played.
It doesn't work.

Buying More Tickets Does Not Increase Your Odds.
The way that I see the odds it is simpler.
You want the jackpot and the rest is not winning to you.
So there is winning and losing, two cases, 1:1 chance.

New Eve Triples
Maryland seems to be trip crazy lately even though mostly on mids and a few other states also, I would play my state even if it were'nt on the list IF I had a strong feeling for those special occassions like this month for MD. So look at your workouts as well. to be honest, if it were possible you could play across the board the 34 #'S for 2 nites for a quarter and still make a profit. I am usually right about the trip and the states but sometimes human error or beating the odds is not in my fav
