The price is now going up to $2 a ticket. I don't see how this is going to increase my chance of winning; but this is the spin on this change taking place on Jan 15th. I don't get it. The odds of winning will still be the same, but maybe less people will play. If they bought 10 tickets for $1.00; now they will only buy 5 tickets. If people play the same amount of tickets; yes the prize will increase, but I don't get how this is going to increase my chance of winning.

Cali ? Try playing in other states...we all know how tough it is to get a win in NC. Plus if youre tryin to load up on a few combinations that youre playing the odds are really difficult. Keep in mind also that missing structures are a deception given that missing strutures are really missing as they may seem.

Yes long odds the 59 78 99 are the longest out in the midday drawing . Whatever your tolerance is, of course. Another quick pick jackpot win, its so obvious that its fixed. They put some balls that are lighter than others in the machine so the the lighter ones go up. Karinda,keep in mind that the state lotto's NEVER lose money and i mean NEVER They get 100's of millions of dollars delivered to them in a bread basket every year. I like the website. Check it at least a few times a week. I'm curious to see how the raffle goes. Have a few tickets already. Might buy another before the drawing. As of the other day, the tickets were in the 280,000s. Will be interesting to see if they sell all 500,000 tickets. Kinda hope they don't sell out - better odds for those of us who have tickets.
