Maryland non resident taxes and moving question
Well I was hoping to get a bit more clarity but it seems no one has any insight, heck I dont know either. my main concern was that if I started buying maryland lottery tickets now, I would get taxed both by maryland and dc. I was just curious if anyone knew the best way to manage my ticket purchases to help minimize my tax burden. I've won prizes large enough to pay taxes on in the past, so I was curious if you all knew. Im not sure why there's such an emphasis on politics on a lottery board, or

Betslips Not Selling Pick3 and Pick4 anymore?
aww it does seem to be true :'( such a shame the best odds on pick 3 and 4, and using state draws so you knew the numbers where legit. i played them on occasion, and always loved the 900 to 1 payout. would have been nice to pull it. the internet just got a little smaller

Lottery winner says job, not money, helped cancer fight
That women has more then lady luck on her side. I am so pleased to see a story about a genuine person with a real life resilience to go thru these medical treatments and survive. She has beaten the odds. Funny how so few of us post on this article, Sure hope those who previously mocked a winner for keeping a job, rethinks things. This person is living proof that we all need people and a purpose in life to contribute and be a part of something. That choice helped her. :) May she heal and wi

Thank you Peter that does help. We could lean on the 3's now. However if it's in the index and rb. I am willing to bet on them coming together' My thing is that Tj's index and rb almost always include the winning pairs and I am going to stick it to New York with another major win just using his pairs. Not betting on odds, betting on Tj's numbers.

Pick 4 System - Tutorial
Here's my goal... I want to keep this system but I would like to create something similar(well 2 more similar systems) that would give me about the same results. I want to have the right winning number in atleast two different systems and than I can just keep the repeats among system and still have the winning combination with less picks. I have this set in a way but the other two don't perfom as well....and i'll usually have 1/3 correct. If I can bring the odds up to 2/3 than I would be f

Mathematics and the Lottery
Mathemeticians do have a way of determining P. If there are 10 balls in a tube, and they all weigh the same, and one is being chosen by a random process such as a ball drop, then the P = 1/10, 10% etc. The other way that they determine P is by running a test on it, seeing the result, over thousands and thousands of draws, and using the results as an approximation of P. There was a family in the 70s that did this with roulette wheels, and found bias numbers, and took advantage of
