Mathematics and the Lottery
Mathemeticians do have a way of determining P.
If there are 10 balls in a tube, and they all weigh the same, and one is being chosen by a random process such as a ball drop, then the P = 1/10, 10% etc. The other way that they determine P is by running a test on it, seeing the result, over thousands and thousands of draws, and using the results as an approximation of P.
There was a family in the 70s that did this with roulette wheels, and found bias numbers, and took advantage of

Post your scratch ticket results
Just bought one ticket today. Cool dude, I don't remember the IL Lottery ever having just a matching symbol game like this one? No numbers at all. You have to match the ghost to win the prize shown or get a pumpkin to triple your prize. Pretty cool game as they have all different kinds of Halloween symbols, but the odds are only 1 in 4.29 to win any prize...
($2) IL Haunted Tripler (036) - LOST
Good luck everyone!

Im looking a site that will filter 5/59 combinations
Of course, but we dont play those combos for obvious reasons.
I found a bell curve that shows that 75% of all winning combos fall in 50% of the bell curve. So I have basicly answered my own question. A filter will take out the bottom and top 25% of combos to capture the middle 50%. In other words, 5/56 combos that add up to less than 68 or more than 202.5 are discarded as their overall odds of winning are 25%
The middle 50% is saved and and subject to more filters until we have the lowest

Ohio or Michigan?
I'd stick with Ohio cuz Michigan's P5 and P6 and Keno are all computer.
Ohio's similar games are all real ball drawings except for Ten-Oh.
But if computers don't matter to you then it don't make no never mind no how unless you find more advantageous matrices and odds in one than the other.
But me and computers, I'd like to blow they asses all to hell, dadgum straight.

Im looking a site that will filter 5/59 combinations
It stands to reason in my way of thinking that using an entire universe of combinations and eliminating the least probable ones would be most likely to produce a block of combinations that would have the winner.
Its seems using 18 numbers (full wheel) or even 40 (leaving out 30% of a 59 number universe) would put the odds against the against winning.
This is all speculation so any feedback would be great.
Thanks, Ronnie

Powerball Odds Balls Better Chance
HeebeeJeebees I just showed you the field of 5... The PB is a separate pick and in no way be related or dependent on the field of 5 draw.. Remember all balls are not in the same container.. WB container and RB container.. The safe analagy is over my simple head.. If your going to robb a safe I think bring a drill and some acid....I've seen that in the movies..
What I'm trying to show you is... Analyize PowerBall to death and it still a pretty darn random game.. You can look look and lookie fo
