Lotteries hit record profits last year
Better odds would certainly help along with multi million winners ex 50 winning Mil winners instead of one 50 million jackpot, plus International lotto opportunities participation - OK here an out of the boxer, consider a five dime cent (or ???)volunteer deduction from each qualifying working man or woman as a US citizens military service personell taxpayers to bankroll a national lottery- oh yes, no taxes on these multi winners Time for some fun payback ??? The biggest mistake people make is:
Assuming a win in jackpot games where the odds are tens of millions or hundreds of millions to one against the player. Then when the win doesn't happen to play heavier and heavier trying to make it happen. As a sidenote, it's interesting when thresads like thes come up the Pick 3 players assume we're talking Pick 3 and the jackpots games players, jackpot games.

Anyone out there playing strictly high #'s on their tickets?
So, you would play against those extreme odds? I wouldn't. Good luck to you.

Got a Box on last night's CA Daily 4 number 4765: Someone answer me this: Why is it that I spend a few hundred on pick 4 and have 3 Box hits in the past few months already, so am at break even. But with pick 3, I have spent almost a thousand dollars and only have 1 box hit? Just goes to show, odds and results are two completely different things...

Fla. man wins $35M lottery jackpot with computer software
Well, the odds say that eventually even the system numbers will get lucky. It would be impossible for them to never win. I'm glad to see his system was lucky enough to pick the right lucky numbers. Finally, a system has won a Jackpot! Now, that was lucky!

What's with NY Sweet Million??
If Mom had five Power Ball or Mega Millions numbers with the multiplier instead of SM she would have won the million...the odds are the same for a five number win on MM and PB and a 6 number win on Sweet Million....but it costs an extra dollar to play the multiplier. GiveFive...you should play PB or MM with the multiplier instead of SM because there are ACTUAL winners of the second prize all the time...unlike the first prize on SM...but it will cost you double...but if you would be happy wit

What's with NY Sweet Million??
Kap, there were 35 $500 winners only because of the promo. It'll go back down to below 20 as soon as the promo is over. I havent even bothered with the promo. I might buy it Monday, but I know I'll have to make it a point to play, or it wont happen. I dont know why it bugs me that there are hardly any JP winners, but it does. I mean even if there were a lot of JP winners, if I'm not one of them, then what difference does it make if there's a lot of winners or none at all?? I'd supposedly f
