I think testing like this helps people see visually that there can be random winners in various games, including lotteries. I would still like to see a Pick3 test that shows if it is possible to make a profit playing QPs. Reading stats on lottery websites or the odds printed on tickets, playslips, pamphlets, etc; doesn't tell me that. Bought a roll of Silver 7s. Got $295 back so only lost $5 bucks not so bad. Had a $100 and $50 winner in the mix. Lost last 14 $200 MS on the roll. I could not believe it. That game odds are complete BS !! Some guy in the store told me he hit $10K on $20 Monopoly a few weeks back at a gas station. I could use that right about now ...

That's awful, TheGameGrl - were those tickets all consecutive losers from one roll? If the state still follows their 2.5x the odds rule, there shouldn't be more than 13 losers. But I wouldn't be surprised if the state abandoned that. Yesterday, #007 Cash Fever lost at Giant. My only two #007 wins on that game came from Wawa and Wegmans. I only got 5 Whole Lotta Hundreds and 3 out of the 5 won, but for a total of $8 + a free ticket. Still small prizes even in hot periods of the roll.

I like the nugget in the twists story better than another one I heard, dr. I heard about somebody getting an order of fried chicken at a drive-in theatre and when they bit into a leg, it turned out to be a breaded, deep-fried mouse! Wonder what the odds are on that one?

DD, Well whatever you said you've only verified that discussion boards have some fleas. I would guess that it was a criticism of the observation that expecting to win something with odds approaching 200 million to one is setting yourself up for disappointment is somehow flawed thinking in what ever universe you are in.
