Lottery Software Help
Hi. I'm new to the forum (as you can tell by post count I'm sure?) so if this is not allowed, wrong section, or whatever it may be, I not only apologize in advance, but ask that an admin direct it/me into the correct direction. I was wanting to purchase a lottery software called Lottery Statistic Analyses or LSA for short. This software seems to have been created around 5-7 years ago hasn't been updated since 2013. Just from my own thinking ... I don't see how the police would have any idea who the rightful owner could be. Say 350 people show up claiming the lost ticket ... what are they going to do? Everyone has the same chance of winning if they buy a ticket. I'm pretty sure people that buys a system plays more often and buys more tickets. Buy more tickets/play more often = higher chance of winning. some people can spend $250 a week and never win, while others will hit the jackpot with their first ticket (some lady just won 48m on her first ticket playing lottomax). Gail Howard probably doesn't even play the lottery because she's already making a killing selling her system.
