No holiday raffle for Florida players this year
It could be that the FL lottery had over 150,000 tickets that they didn't sell for thier last raffle... Maybe being the second highest ranking state for foreclosures and high unemployment, has the lottery wuz up? This year they have raised all of the odds and lowered the number of payouts on the scratch off tickets and have come up with new games that promise to pay millions and that hasn't happened yet! People aren't stupid, they will gamble elsewhere.

Let's create a "So what" test
What we have here.....is a failure to communicate. You said Knowing one number of a Pick 3 or the most common Odds and Evens and Highs and Lows of a jackpot game does nothing for you. Humorously, I pulled out a two decade old system that met your KNOWING ONE NUMBER criteria, THAT WORKS EVERY TIME YOU KNOW ONE NUMBER. For a person who enjoys a joke as much as you do I can't see the problem. But the DEAL is on the table.

What is the Highest you won off Instants??
I sure am lucky I got that $100 on Cash Fever - the game stinks right now. It was proven by looking at all the losers in the waste basket - #15-23 all lost. 3.24 odds X 2.5 = 8.1, so they are doing the supposed maximum of 9 losers. Then #25 and #26 lost. Not good. Anyway, first losing night in a while. #38 BWS won $10. Took a chance on Frosty M W #95-97 - all losers. Frosty M W is already a bad game, and the 90s seem to be a dead zone on $3 tickets. Winner Green #35 and Jingle Bell Doubler #7

Well Crow, you're doing really well with this. I was skeptical that there was any method you could use to significantly raise your odds, (seeing all the repeats that happen,) but somehow you're algorithm just rips it up. I mean, every single UCD/QED combo you've posted has hit with at least some margin of profitability. And that's if you bet on all 9, plus UCD and QED's minus the common number. That's pretty friggin awesome. I've had enough trouble trying to get 2 of 3 right consistently.

Let's create a "So what" test
The idea of this is to wake people up to those who are promoting things that have no substance, selling the sizzle and not the steak because there is no steak. Knowing one number of a Pick 3 or the most common Odds and Evens or Highs and Lows of a jackpot game does nothing for you. But yet the most ridiculous, baloney system could surface and cause a fervor. Beware the touts.

Picking Your Own Numbers
Relative is the best description. 1 in 1000 odds produce a fair certainty in Pick 3. 1 in 195, 249, 054 produce a fair uncertainty in Powerball. Apples to oranges.

Scratch off methods.
Here in GA, we have a new $3 ticket, 2011 Cash Celebration. The top prize, unknown yet as to how many, is $2,011 a week for a year which equals out to $104,572 before taxes. It has overall odds of 1:4.03, which is not too bad for a $3 ticket. It just came out, and I purchased 4 tickets, and all of them losers. I was at that point considering going back to chase my loss, which sometimes pays off, but usually does not. I decided no to purchase any more of that ticket. Yes, the next one probably

Instant Machines!
Hi all, Whats the deal with these Scratch off Ticket vending machines ?!?! I bought 5 - $5 scratch off tickets all in a row and won zero, zilch, nada ! Are the tickets that are placed inside these machines, come off the original roll or do they tear them apart and stack them into the machines and therefore, mixing up their order and screwing up the overal odds that should have been a win in 1:4.36 ?!?!? I feel I got the shaft on this deal.. no more machines for me.. I want those tickets torn

Using math to develop winning strategies
As most of us know, the lottery was adjusted to thwart all efforts to win by systems. Back when it started, there was a marginal level of player ingenuity which afforded one a slight advantage against the salient odds. Today, that advantage is non-existent. However, there actually IS a formula to maximize your chances of winning: First, you have to stick with a set of numbers that results from this formula. Second, you'll be playing for quite awhile before you win anything. Third, faith is your
