I have it in Excel with all details and functions. Such tables are hidden, because authors prefer to fill books with them. Programers like RL like to write independant programs. At the time few people knew how to make tables, so they could sell cheapest trash for good money. If I would upload for free all of my stuff, the lottery market would crash. Hardly a wheel would sell. Many were for free years ago. I used to print on my lottery forms, I don't know any lottery software that can do that.

glad to see my state lottery can do their job right in 1 regard at least. clerks trying to scam people out their wins, is very real threat. but bigger threat, is idiots who can't check their own tickets or do any thing for them self's, and have blind trust in others they don't know. also the lottery really just needs to make sure their self check machines in ever store where tickets are sold, with great signage, and with plz don't waste clerks time for losers, check them your self here,
