Actually, right now Megamillions is more valuable than Powerball.
We can't say what will happen tonight, but with better odds and a higher cash value, the MegaMillions jackpot is a better deal than Powerball, if you're choosing to buy tickets for a big one. I happened to be in PA (where I bought, I confess, a Powerball ticket), and I remarked on this to the clerk and some of the people on line expressed surprise at this simple fact. Right now the pretax expectation value (based on cash) for Megamillions is about 0.89, whereas for Powerball it is 0.76.

Working Scratch of tactics thread
Me spend $50 on a scratchoff??? I have to admit I tried tried tried to buy the ticket. But my limited logic would not allow me to spend $50 on something I could not eat or wear. Thanks for making me laugh at myself. I have to admit that the highest I have spent on a scratchoff was $5. And I only did that once. My scratch of choice is the scratch off called weekly grand $2 and weekly bonus $1. The grand prize for the weekly grand is $1,000 a week for 20 yrs and the grand prize for weekly bonu

keno should be easier to win than p-3
It's not necessarily that the odds are better, but the payout percentages. The payout percentages on a video Keno machine in a private casino are generally set at about 90%, whereas the payout percentage of a Pick 3 in a state lottery are about 50%. gl j

keno should be easier to win than p-3
When I play keno, I only play 3 numbers, I've won much more playing just 3 numbers than playing 5 or 7 or the almost impossible 10 numbers. I look at it, as not much different than p/3, except the odds are much better. If your any good playing p/3, you just might be great playing keno. Just imagine your playing p/3, and instead of 1/1000 your playing 1/80. What possible system or method do you think, you would profit most, by using?

"Real Life" Instant Tickets
I like having the branded games myself (despite some of them not having the best of odds here in GA). We recently got Deal or No Deal in the form of a sit win game (sadly, none are available in my area...). We have 3 different Monopoly games. We once had Betty Boop. We have a Harley Davidson game. I do wish GA would get more branded games, such as Price Is Right and Wheel of Fortune (and not match-your-number-to-winning-number.....I'd like to see a different format, such as puzzles with Wheel

For pick 3 players useful method
I like to play Pick 3 I've couple times by just randomly selecting my number. Then I figure what if I can reduced the odds. So I came up a method that I used I Pick six numbers from 0-9 ( which are 0 1 2 3 4 5 ) and made all combos from that six numbers I picked . I played about $9.50 box bet from each number and won $40 dollars it's not much but at least I won some . I will play it again next week Its fun!

How many test draws are there for mega and ohio classic?
It doesn't look like a high percentage of the population is playing Classic Lotto. Ohio is a Mega Millions state, the cash value of MM is much higher than the lotto jackpot, and the MM's secondary prizes are higher. There were 1.8 million Mega Millions tickets sold in Ohio on July 31. The Ohio Lottery website only shows how much is paid out on Classic Lotto drawings and the estimated jackpot for the next drawing so we really don't know how much was wagered. However by assuming the lottery kee
