I play EVERY draw for MM and PB...so size of jackpot doesn't matter for me in that regard. Also, I don't care what the current jackpot is for Florida, Texas, or California Super- lottos as they increase fast enough on each rollover to justify me buying multi draw tickets whenever I pass through those states. But for all other slowly increasing lottos like IL, IN, WI, MI, etc, I only play them when they are above 10 million annuitized jackpot level. That is not to say that I wouldn't be happy win

I'd probably pass out if I hit 5/6 That is still great if you ask me! You still beat some serious odds. And now the lottery will be paying for itself for a while. You don't have to spend your own money for the next 65 drawsor even 1065 draws if you want.

Personally I'm no fan of raffles as conducted by the lottery, but to each his own. I do find it incredible that people will willingly fork over $10 to $50 for a ticket with a top prize of $1,000,000 as opposed to a $1 ticket with prizes of anything from that same $1,000,000 to hundreds of millions. If it was true that another dollar could cut the odds in half, imagine what the amount spent on the raffles could do.

For the past 10 draws in AZ .... a digit 7 or 8 ..... or both has hit every single day. The break down is almost (close enough) ..... 50/50 This is to be expected. Pick any two numbers you like. The odds that at least one of them will show up on any given day are about 50/50. The fact that at least one 7 or 8 has shown up several times in a row is interesting, but not indicative of any intrinsic pattern. Coin flips will do this, too, sometimes; but there's no invisible hand making it happen

I voted yes. It isn't the difference of opinion, that is the put down , it is the name calling, assumptions, and insults that aren't relevant to a subject that isn't neccesarily right or wrong from either perspective. For eg. Yeah then maybe we can see some actual proof instead numbers after the draw. Not trying to be negative but I know where posts like these usually go as I already said in the other thread.
