The smoking bans are already in effect here in GA. Most of Metro Atlanta is covered and now all of the rural counties are kicking in. Todd thanks for your post and for validating my claims here....one thing in your post that is inaccurate and I hope you change is that the Lottery isnt givng me 30 days to produce the ticket....they are giving me 30 days to bring suit against them or produce the ticket.
