My W - L Tally for 2007
Hey there rcbbuckeye. You have me wondering if the overall odds of winning on the numbers games aren't right around 16%.
You know, like they show on the back of scratcher tickets.
Wonder if that's what it comes out to combining all games with drawings.

Randomness of the lottery
IN REGARDS TO LOTTERY OFFICIALS LOOKING AT GAME INFORMATION AND MOVE BALLS SET AND TUBES/MACHINES....
Incorrect information, as someone who attends lottery draws here in Ontario, the lottery draws coordinators only receive sales information after lottery terminal shut down. Only information dealing with how much money was spent on Pick 3, Pick 4, our Tag game, Lottario, 649, Ontario 49, daily keno. The sales information is displayed on the machines base so they can reconsile after th

Matrix change: Powerball to get much harder to win?
What I think of it is the same thing I thought when I was told (here) that my morning show was being dumped for (yawn) Don Imus. At some point some people are going to be disgusted that they rarely match even 1 of 5 they're going to stop playing it, along with all the bad press about lottery winners. The price of a ticket is already 2 dollars when PP is used, so what would the new price be, $3?? There is also a way to change the matrix without increasing the jackpot odds, that is to make more wh

What is you favorite lottery slogan?
I have this feeling you're gonna get the JP one day. I just know it.
I wouldn't call you a fool for playing with such odds. It's very hard to lose if you don't play.
Seriously, all the power to ya!
I only ask that you have a Margarita for me, that's all...lol

Sales have ended. Sold only 368,462 of the 500,000 tickets! (per the NC education lottery website)
That should help the odds!

Best jackpot advice yet
I'm not so sure anymore about Edwards being that much of an extreme example.
On those lottery programs on TLC it was pointed out at least three times that the states are that half or over half of jackpot winners are worse off than they were before they hit the jackpot, withing five years.
So if you hit a jackpot, right off the bat it's a coin toss whether you will be one of those statistics or not.
That's not any 1 in 175,000,000 odds, that's 1 out of 2.

Confidence
Some of the sports books in Vegas used to offer 1,000,000 to 1 odds on any female winning the Boston Marathon.
People would bet it just to keep the ticket as a souveneir, and one of our shift booses told everyone that for a buxk, any bet that pays 1,000,000 to 1 is a good bet, even if it comes under possible but not probable .
I'll say it again, though, in lotto the person who bets a buck or two with a lot of hope is far better off than someone who bets a lot of money because they just k

POLL: Breaking the code
I strongly believe and i always felt that that kind of system they will have it on Area-51....I don't know i just always felft that way...They will also have the math involved to ancitipate in what state and cycle the seed of an RNG is...If you notice most math of RNG's are really obscure, not much talk about or displayed on the internet...
But if you listen to my blogs you will know that you can reduce Powerball from 150 million combinations to 1 in 10,010.....All you have to do is been able

POLL: Breaking the code
A code has to have meaning behind it to be uncovered. The lottery numbers are not a measurement of anything so there is nothing for them to stand for. However, because they are the images of numbers we can use some number handling tools to work with them.
Maybe it's just because I'm testing the latest Lotwin Lottery Line Builder software right now, but I do think it possible to establish a series of Yes/No filter questions that would result in a win when answered correctly. After all, it i
