Lottery RIGGING !!
No one is trying to hammer you. I'm stating a fact there are 220,000 plus posts on this site. nearly every lottery related topic has some reference to it. I'm not trying to get you angered. I'm trying to help. I just mentioned Maryland because 666 hit 4 times this year so far. So a lot of people think that maybe somebody is playing tricks on us. Some people mentioned that how do we know it was not a taped drawing done at some other time prior to the drawing. What happened in PA was dumb of cours

Wisconsin Lottery switches to computers to select winning numbers
I think a player can know with confidence (as opposed to knowing absolutely) by understanding the process. Though not exactly the same, both mechanical and RNG's have similar issues. Most players can feel comfortable knowing that the RNG is designed and built by one company, then torn apart and reviewed by highly skilled independent testing firms and is then evaluated again by the lottery and/or audit firm. All components are examined to ensure that no wireless capability exists.RNG drawing

Wisconsin Lottery switches to computers to select winning numbers
Pooh! I know that there are some who suggest that RNGS are not as secure, but RNG's are actually much more secure. Mechanical drawing machines have certainly been compromised and it takes a lot less skill to get that done. Our group builds RNG's for lotteries - though we do it at cost and so promoting it to make a profit is truly not an issue here. Our machines are TRUE RNG's, using unpredictable quantum decay to create the seed. The machines are locked up tight with no operator access to the

How to send thoughts. (psychic proof)
KW,There is a wide variety of things that might be considered to fall into the realm of psychic powers. I think that they are not all necessarily applicable to winning the lottery games. Maybe telekinesis might be useful in influencing a lottery draw machine or computer RNG. I've really not done any work with that, but I consider it to have definite possibilities for anyone who might be willing to devote a tremendous amount of effort to such a practice.Personally, I tend to think that something

computerized powerball,distant future?
I wrote to the MUSL about this, and this is what I got back:QUOTEWe are indeed looking at it. It is hardly well know that computerized lotterydrawings compromise integrity. There are different security issues involved, but they certainly can be made secure. Although, we are looking at systems built by others, we built one ourselves, toget some experience in what is involved (it is now being used by a statelottery). We built a system (we call Quantum Vision) that is a TRUE randomnumber gen

When to Play the Lottery
Quote: Originally posted by enterceptorr on October 20, 2004 luck has nothing to do with anythingeverything is pre-determined.....................everything. Pre-determination is a personal belief which I don't share with you especially when it comes to winning the lottery. You may have a gut feeling things are going to go your way, like winning the lottery, so buying a ticket will automatically put in a position to possibly win but can't guarantee it. No one buys a ticket thinking they are goin
