How that {2,3,4,6,7,8,9,10} becomes an order? Or, maybe order is just a relative term compare to higher magnitude chaos. The original {1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10} has higher magnitude of chaos, now the subsets {1,5} and {2,3,4,6,7,8,9,10} have much less magnitude of chaos, thus term them order . If, only if 9 and 4 in the subset {2,3,4,6,7,8,9,10} become different from other numbers, then that will be able to help us improve the odds of winning. But is that different?

The loto corp can track where every ticket was bought.. The person who bought the first ticket can easily go to another location and buy another ticket with the same numbers, wait six months before cashing it in, just to make himself news worthy, and try to be popular. The odds of something like that happening by chance is in the billions, especially because of the time factor involved. He's just seeking attention, that's all.

Michigan Lottery to debut $50 'Super Raffle' tickets
I really wonder if they'll sell all of them. Wisconsin has their raffle going at $10/ticket with 500,000 available. The deadline is 9PM tonight and the have only sold about 65% of their tickets. They will still make money of course. ANd those that buy a ticket will have even better odds due to about (estimating) 20% of their tickets not being sold. But if they can't sell 500,000 at 10 bucks each, at least here, they wouldn't be able to sell half that many at five times as much.

2nd chance drawing scratchers
(Question from Mrs. Coin Toss): Are 2nd chance tickets tighter than regular scratchers?
