The National Lottery Subscription Service
The problem is not being out of State and buying a ticket in Massachusetts, I buy tickets in Indiana, Kentucky and West Virgina when ever I travel them. The problem is I have to be in the State of purchases to collect any prize and it states that in Answer #4. According to the Ohio lottery website and I think the same thing applies in Massachusetts, MegaMillions States have agreed not to sell MegaMillions tickets out of State so only people within the state (living there or visiting there) can

Scratch off Secruity-retail level
I would guess that the person who is in charge of the lottery scratch off distribution knows which books have big winners in them. If they didn't it would be possible that a series of winning ticket books could end up in one or two zip codes instead of spread out across the state. There are numbers printed on the front and back of the ticket books/rolls these must be tracking codes as well as security codes. In Maryland if you have a winner they first swipe it thru a scanner. Then they type in th

Out it came, but not after some registry tweaking and file hunting/deleting.I now run a 1-2 punch, Norton SystemWorks and AVG (a free virus checker from http://www.grisoft.com ) with norton's firewall. It's likely that someone in Minnesota is already a multimillionaire. Only one ticket matched all six numbers. The jackpot is worth $98.7 million if the winner takes the annuity option, which would pay out $3
