N.C lottery retailers caught selling tickets to minors
I sure don't have a problem with kids buying lottery tickets, as long as their parents are the only ones that can cash them.
The sooner kids learn how easy it is to lose their allowances, or small-time dollars, the more they will learn how long the odds are for when they get older, maybe it will deter them from taking a second mortgage on their homes to gamble (?)
Thoughts ?

Can this be turned into a system?
Jokerh, my input...increase your number pool to about half of the number pool and use a RNG to make your selections from that. Just my opinion, but if you're getting 1-3 right from a smaller number pool you might have all the numbers in your larger pool and let an RNG try to catch it for you from the larger pool. You are doing something right to get your 1-3 right from a 10-12 number pool...carry it on to a 25 number pool and you might have all five in your pool. You've already lowered your o

States that do not follow the rules...
What are your rules for trapping? I track the Ohio Pick 3 religeously. I have anylizied it on many different levels and also compared it to other states. Everything is in place according to the odds and probabilities associated with its randomness.
If you use a system that only looks at short term trends (or small amounts of previous games), you'll find that it won't always work all the time or even in every state (all the time) because there are fluctuations in the flow of randomness th

Maddogs Powerball Challenge 11/1
simple, out of the 55 or 56 white balls + the mb pb ball depending if megamillion or powerball you pick your best 15 white balls you think will hit...purpose is to simply put the odds in your favor when playing tickets...instead of picking numbers you know wont hit ,pick numbers out of your best 15, or research compare with others posted numbers , all players have 10-15 different numbers than others so maybe you can compare and notice hey that guy has the number 29 on his list i dont ,

New PA Game - Mix And Match
Yes there is. My ommission. The odds of this would be the combinations of 5 taken 5 at a time [1], times 34 taken 0 at a time {1} divided by the combinations of 19 taken 5 at a time [11,628]. Total payout would then be those winners divided into the total nuber of tickets printed, (a permutation of 19 taken 5 at a time) [1,395,360] which equals [120]. Then times $2000. or $240,000 added to the totals. I'll go back and revise my spreadsheet.
Thank you.

MegaMillions and Quick Pick
RJ
Thanks for the clarification I totally agree with you. Aint no reason to be anything but honest since all the odds favor the house anyway.
It also looks like in Florida that QP's win the Florida Lottery around 50 to 60% of the time. Another game here is MegaMoney, a variation of MegaMillions. QP,s win it also at about 50 to 60%.

Am I A Dreamer?
Welcome Henny. This is a great site, all the people are very helpful and generous and you will find tons of information, statistics and P3 winning #s. Sounds like you're not afraid to study and that you realise the obvious value of reducing the odds from 1000 to 1. A really good chart to plot and track the numbers is very helpful. For instance, date on left, winning number to the right of it and then ten blocks/columns to the right, (1 to 0), to mark the three winning numbers. After a number hi

MegaMillions and Quick Pick

What I gather from these posts by both of you is that the Lottery (HQTRS) in whatever state you are in receives the picks from the downstream terminals at your friendly convenience store and takes that infor and sweeps the picked numbers to determine what is the best set of numbers to allow to be picked by the next draw. Is that what I am reading from you guys?
Floridian, you might be reading that in this thread but not from my posts. When you buy QPs, you get combination

New PA Game - Mix And Match
I liked the MATCH 6 game when it first came out and I sometimes play it if the Powerball jackpot is low ... I like that it's a cash-only payout so you know what the actual jackpot is.
What I don't understand (and my one turn-off) is, how are the 2nd and 3rd lines really generated, being they are QP, but that it could put out a set of numbers where it's impossible to match more than 6 numbers on the entire ticket. Like if they were all different numbers! Only 6 balls are drawn but you can m
