Living off of the lottery...
Funny, I had to go back and look because I didn't remember writing that, but you are correct...I did!! Just not something I remember writing, because of my feelings about racing. I wasn't recommending it, just stating that the odds are much better if you have certain skills playing cards or know inside information about a horse. Most people I know who play the lottery spend more than they win, but I certainly agree that a little extra cash would be great. I just started a new job last week that

When Ohio LOP ends
I like LOP because it's easy to win at.
I liked SLP because it had big jackpots, considering the odds.
As good a game as LOP is, I do think it's time for it to end. It is not going to last. The jackpot it getting hit way too often. I think that now that players know that it can be hit, they are going out and playing a bit more.

The Meaning of Random Drawing
I realized the balls may be a different set, but there's nothing I can do about that. I assume that balls were changed in the past and effected what I've observed so if I continued to observe the reoccurring of an event then changing the balls must not effect it.
For example when I play MegaMillion, I can't afford to play all the megaballs so I definitely don't play 25 because it has not come up in the last 165 drawings. 90% of winning megaballs have been drawn in the previous 125 drawings,

free online lotto. how legal...
Guys, i am curious about one thing. Is illegal to run/open a online lottery because it will then compete with the state lotto. But is not illegal to run/open a free online lotto where players view ads. But my question is, you have to set the odds of any free online lotto higher than the state ones because if you have them better than the state, you are then offering a game that people may want to play, plus is free, and the configurations is better than the state? Isn't that competing with the s

The Meaning of Random Drawing
I e-mailed this question to Mega Millions last week and i am now waiting for a response. In the meantime I am curious to see what do most of you think.
If you think about it....the odds get significantly greater than 175 mil to 1...if the numbers are selected based on what combo will pay out the least amount of winnings. Then it truly boils down to pure chance that you selected a combo that pays out the least.
By the way....I got $18 on two tickets from this drawing. One combo had two numb

Missouri Day/Eve wk of 5/6
There is no disrespect intended in this statement at all, but I want to point something out here. If you post 150 plus numbers and there are only 220 boxed possibilities you are going to hit......alot! The odds are definitely in your favor to do so...
Just an observation....
Best of Luck,
Bryan :)

Is it legal...
If you got a pick 3/4 lottery that pays a fair payout with fair odds, you only have to have 1 draw per day. Theres a fortune to be made because people are no longer satisfied playing the state lotteries for low payouts and as I said those lotteries are too hard for most people to win. If people could actually win more often they would be even more willing to play more often.
The secret is to make a pick 3/4 lottery that is EASIER to win than the state lotteries or Increase the payouts

Is it legal...
yeah me too, i wish casino would start up on this. Like they could have one that plays every night. But you see, i don't think is "healthy" (for lack of a better word) for casinos to create a pick 3/4 game that will play every so many minutes or so many hours....Unless is like a pick7 from 1 to 25... For example, if they created a pick3/4 that pays better than state lotto, and make it draw numbers every 5 minutes it will be a real sucker and there wouldn't be but a handful of winners. That's why

Well in a way disagree with that statement, but she/he is partly right....
To me, 500 a month wouldn't hurt....

Kansas lottery tickets to be shredded, not scratched
A state law is forcing the Kansas Lottery to shred an estimated 400,000 unsold scratch-off tickets including thousands of dollars worth of jackpot winners.
Lottery director Ed Van Petten said Wednesday that the state's annual series of scratcher games that benefit programs for state veterans could be sold only from May 1 through Nov. 30 under the 2003 state law that authorized the benefit games.
At the time there was a fear the games could get stale if they were sold year-round, he sai
