Euromillions won't hit 300 due to the 12 rollover rule but still has the record for the largest jackpot. Euromillions just has a cash jackpot that's tax-free. Even not factoring tax in it has a higher jackpot but the odds are far lower. I doubt Euromillions will even break 100 million pounds for the rest of the year. My bet would be on Powerball but not in this current run. Nothing is going to break 300 on this run. Mega may have to wait for 2007 to break 300.

It depends on the number of tickets SOLD FOR THAT DRAWING minus takeout and minus Powerplays, not the number of players or the current jackpot. Notice how much the jackpot rolls over, normally maybe 20 million initially, which means (ignoring PowerPlay) 40 million tickets sold each drawing. A 200 Mill jackpot doesn't mean 200 million tickets in play! Odds are flirting with 200 million to 1, so that means each drawing about a 5-1 to 10-1 chance of a winner.
