Most internet gambling sites are like that. Todd would never endorse a site that wasn't legit. They use those numbers for security reasons. They need to know you are you. I just don't like most internet gambling sites because you have to pay so much to get your money from your account. I guess with a 90% payout rate though it is still better than the odds the state lotteries give you. Brad

Betting strategies.. what is a good bet
The higher to payout, the lower are your chances to win. There are tables on just about every game that tell you what your odds are for a win. You select the risk factor you want to take when you lay your money down. For me, I think you use elements in your system that each show the most probability of success. To do that you must know something quantitative about each element you use. Why??...because error is multiplicative and that will be a big determining factor of how many times you w

Why GA-KY-VA Lose for Life will flop
I choose annuity when given the choice and I'm not going to boycott any game on the sole basis of whether or not that's an option. I don't play games with bad odds and better options elsewhere (a la DE Multi-Win Lotto). That being said, if someone buys me a ticket, I'm not going to be upset about it. The only time I might consider it is if the difference between the two is relatively small (ie: Hot Lotto $1M annuity vs. $500K cash) as I could make the difference easily in far less than 30 ye

Pick 4 Ky
This is from the KY official web site: ODDS PICK 4 Match Prize Odds Per Play 1 of 10, 4 times Daily $1 per play $.50 (half prize) Straight $5,000 1:10,000 Box 4 way $1,200 1:2,500 Box 6 way $800 1:1,667 Box 12 way $400 1:833 Box 24 way $200 1:417 Since you were playing str/box, you had 50 cents on the straight and 50 cents on the box. The payouts would be 1/2 of what is shown above. IF you had the 1500 as a box then you would have won $200 because that is a 12-wa

Lose for Life-cash option?
I voted "yes." I believe that every lotto game should have a cash option. That being said, I'm not planning on spending much, if anything, on this game. I can put the money in my Georgia lottery budget towards Fantasy 5, where the odds are much better and the payout is in cash.

powerball and mega millions combined
I voted not sure.I think it depends on what they do to the number draw.If they totally change the game and make the odds of hitting even more outrageous it would be a bad thing. If they keep a similar game, the jackpot could be bigger with more players every draw and with more player there should also be more winners. But in that case the jackpot would probably be hit before reaching record values, which I personally would not mind.

Good Method of Picking Scratchers ...
My best method is to play the games that are new each month to the retailers. In Oregon scratch-its come out usually two new games each month every two weeks in that month. So I play only the games that are new in March in the month of March and then the new games in April only in April and so on. Granted you will still probably lose because of the odds but you can sometimes get lucky and hit a big prize. That is my method and I have never won more than $50 playing scratch-its. So I only

vtracs....useless or not??
Can you present a system that in fact, does show a better than random expectation? Can anyone? Come on, can any of the vtrac promoters really say this is a valid system or even part of a system. My original response suggested that vtracs was not useless if it is used in combination with other systems. I have no experience in using vtracs exclusively however, do endorse it as an additional method to filter numbers. Would you denounce using root sums as a system? How about odds/evens? Wha

Mega Millions Cash Value on the 7th
Well I'm predicting it won't roll. At least I'm in the majority on this one. We saw two unlikely jackpot streaks very close together in Powerball and Euromillions. I really doubt there will be a third such streak in Megamillions plus the game just seems cursed to only offer smaller prizes. Smaller being relative to it's odds which are rather formidable. At least the WA state jackpot is finally up. Hasn't been this high since it was a ball drawing (it's now computer drawn) and we had lotto pl

lottery superstitions and habits
Yeah, I have now that you mention it. I have certain things that I do: I have lost a $11,000,000.00 lottery jackpot and a $3,000.00 + dog race---I had figured the trifecta or whatever it was called by reading the previous races and dogs!------- because I let someone in my family persuade me NOT to play. From that, I learned; don't go against your gut instinct, just DoN't, dOn'T, D-O-N-T, DONT'T.When the gut says play at a certain retailer, I follow the lead and usually win a little, sum,
