Since I've been such a vocal critic of the Hoosier Lottery I'll state for the record that while I absolutely believe the Hoosier Lottery is rigged (and I too have stopped playing all of their games) I absolutely believe that Powerball is on the up and up. I still play Powerball in Indiana because it is not under the control of the Hoosier Lottery. I do have some issues with Powerball...mostly their ridiculous odds, their back loaded annuity and the phony way they advertise jackpot values...but

I think the bias against computer (RNG or Random Numeber Generator) drawings has more to do with it having a greater potential for abuse on the part of the lottery commission/workers/government. THey can tinker with it, after all; it's all software and computers. Additionally, RNG drawings are not televised. (what's to televise?) People like to see the mechanical machines spitting out the ping pong balls, although I have no doubt that can also be tinkered with on the part of the PTB. Personal

Lottery tickets that are administered in the US carry a federal tax. there is no getting around that whether you are a citizen or not. CASH Only: Seriously, OH is not gonna get rid of the game anytime soon, especially not since one person complains about it. They know that they cannot please everyone. They just try to please as many people as they can. Even though the payouts are low, OH makes a lot off of this game. Hoosier Lottery Payouts
Hi everyone. Did everyone see yesterdays Hoosier Lottery payouts? They were big. Powerplayer is right, after looking at these payouts I have no reason to complain. Well for one... this women needs to get a life and learn how to play PB. I would never rely on a voicemail with the winning numbers. I watch it on TV and then check the internet for the results.
