Man sues S.C. Lottery, claiming the state is misleading ticket buyers
Bradly_60 wrote:<< There is nothing wrong with states selling tickets after the top prize is awarded. NO WHERE does it gaurantee that you will win the top prize. If people are stupid enough to buy them, there's also nothing wrong with selling tickets to a game where the only prize is a free ticket, and the odds od winning are 100 to 1. The

Texas scratch-off with profit potential
new member here...i've been doing analysis of scratch-off games as a hobby for about a year now. According to the data provided by the Texas lottery commission, there is a Texas Scratch-off game that is actually +EV at the moment. I estimate that for every $1 you put into this game, it provides an expected return of $1.66. Now, this estimate includes the fact that the majority of big prizes for this scratch-off remain unclaimed so this isn't a money machine or anything. Variance will still cau

The positive cash flow system
Cashman87 writes: .....I've been gambling professionally for over 5 years, and that is what I do for a living. I go to atlantic city, and foxwoods every weekend, and do the same damage, or better, on the craps table, that I have been doing every weekend for 5 years. I place wagers on sports every day, that makes me a monthly profit, month after month, that I have been doing for 3 years. I go to vegas every other month, and double, some times, triple my money, playing roulette, which I have b

Lotto Georgia vs Lotto South
Ichoro said: They seem to be following the same pattern as Virginia and other states. The growth in sales is primarily in instant games and Mega Millions. Everything is roughly the same or down slightly from 3 years ago. The only exceptions are pick-3, which is down 20%, and pick-4, which is up more than 25%. The odds for the pick-5 and pick-6 games are so high and the rewards for the secondary prizes so small for each that the majority of sales migrate to the game with the highest prize t

Lotto Georgia vs Lotto South
I agree 100% with you all. Lotto South was a good experiment while it lasted, but I think it's time these states got back their own in-state jackpot games back, particularly Georgia. Lotto Georgia's only real flaw was it's once per week drawings, but that was it. And whether or not it stays once a week, I think it should come back. At the same time, while I realize the desire for a 6/46 game is there, I get the feeling that targeting the mega-bazillion dollar jackpot seekers will only doom Lotto

The positive cash flow system
Heres another system ....Follow the system and play for the even odds leading number.Say the Pick 3 played even on the first number 3 days straight. ( 2XX, 8XX, 6XX)Chances of another even number leading is much less than an odd number. So i'll play any of the odd number to lead. ( 3XX,5XX,9XX,1XX)But i'll only play the 4 hot leading odd candidates. For the last 2 digits i'll play 8 leading candidates in each column.(4 hot 4 cold) .So your playing 256 numbers. No.The only filters i use is past dr

Hey...New number group discovery ! P3
It's a real little beauty Just found a new number group hidden from my view for many years. We all know and deal with it every day on some level but I had never really tracked this group. I always treated this group like an interruption not a friend! We have the old timers like the Consecutives...theAll Odds and the All Evens ....the all highs and the all Lows. These groups all hit at the same rate and are pretty famous guys but there is another group that

Repeat numbers.. How many and when
When we think about it ..... as far as repeats go there is always a very standard way to view it. As we consider the probability of why so many repeats come out of the last say..... 25 draws it's not as hard to explain as we might think. Look at it this way. We all know by experience that around 10 % of the time a number will repeat out of the last 25 draws right? OK so .... why? Well....in the last 25 draws approx 72% should be singles and the rest doubles or about 27% That gives us 18 six wa

N.C. Lottery to join Powerball
This is me right about now. I also wanted MM. I can drive 5 freakin' minutes across the border to get PB. I know that's not the case with most NC residents, but I think it also screws us with the amount of South Carolinians that would come over the border and support OUR lottery. Poor planning all the way around for the NC lottery. As excited as I was when they passed this, now I am very very disappointed.Shaheen also dropped the ball on the numbers games. The natural progression is scratchers,
