Megamillions and Powerball Games
I'm trying to ignore all the personal stuff flying around here just to say that the simulator is fun and cool. It's interesting to let it run a few million tickets and see how the simulator varies (or in the case of higher odds winnings - one buck which is actually nothing more than a free play and two bucks) or converges upon odds. It demonstrates that the odds are sometimes not met, that they are not absolutes, that it easy to do much worse than the odds - and never win - or to do better

Lottery numbers' combination secrets!
I play, would love to win. I play supercash only. been playing 20 sets of #'s for over 5years everyday. I've been watching #'s haven't won 6/6 yet. I feel the computer generated #'s are not random at all. I cant prove the odds are what they say but how can there be odds on a computer???????????? If I could I would cancel ALL games picked by their OWN special computers. I believe the odds are not what they say. Any way I could make the lottery more fair? Why is there no advertising about the ran

Do you know you can win weekly playing only odd numbers ?
I have a little twist for you here usually its a mix of odds and evens so what i did was take 246357 and i worked out all the pairs for a couple months back on my past results over the year i got an average of 21 pairs over and over for the month on a continual basis! All odds or all evens dont work too good but when i mixed those six numbers into pairs odds and evens mixed...i think youll be surprised try it! :O) at least it worked for my Tri State game...thanks for the idea..it got me noodl

Post your scratch ticket results
In California we only have one $20 game and the odds to win $500 is 1 in 420. I would expect any game costing $20 to play have odds around that level or better. Next month, we will get a $5 $500 Frenzy game where it seems the top prize is $500. Curious to see what the odds would be on that one.

How Many Folks Gave Up On Mega Millions Now That The Odds Are In The Stratosphere?
The way I look at it, I've never won a jackpot even when the odds were 10x better. I play the local lottery with odds of 1:14M which is 18x better but the odds of winning a dollar back are 1:25 and MM are 1:15 so I look at playing any lottery as entertainment, you got to be lucky to win a jackpot no matter which game you're playing

Newest Pa. lottery scratch-off sports $30 pricetag
Interesting scenario. Buying 15 PB tickets gives you roughly 38% chance of winning anything. Buy one of these these PA tickets gives you roughly 37% chance of winning anything. PB sounds better right? Sure, until you look at chances of at least making your money back...... PB prize = $30, Odds are 1 in 491.4 PA prize = $30, Odds are 1 in 2.7 Since the PB breakeven prize for $30 would have to be $100, let's be fair and divide its odds by 3.33. That makes it 1 in 147.6, still worse than P

You Will Never Win A Lottery Jackpot In Your Lifetime.
It only takes 1 lottery ticket to win a Mega Millions or Powerball jackpot. Buying an extra ticket increases your chances of winning to 2 in 259 Million for Mega Millions and 2 in 176 Million for Powerball. LOL For example: Odds of winning the Mega Millions are 1 in 176 Million. Odds of winning the Powerball are 1 in 259 Millions. You can only change the odds of winning by changing the games matrices.

Mega Millions Odds
Again, on a odds per dollar, MM has better odds than PB. For the price of one PB ticket you can buy 2 MM tickets which will bring the odds down to 1:129million better than the 1:175 million for PB

Why Only Lotteries rather than Drawings?
Hello...I am wondering why there are only state lotteries (no guaranteed winner based on fixed odds) but no state drawings (a guaranteed winner with odds based on number of entrants)? Why don't states offer a drawing such as 100,000 entries at $2 a piece that gives me a 1 in 100,000 chance to win $175,000 and guarantees a winner since it is a drawing rather than a lottery? Another example: 1,000,000 entries at $2 a piece for a guaranteed winner at better odds than lottery to win $1.75 Mi
