Michigan Daily 3 - You can do it!!
You are correct, Thomas..........I really don't have a bone to pick with you.I only wanted people to realize how much you spend to make that kind of money. I wanted the truth and you provided it.You have taught me alot in the past..........and I do appreciate it. I base alot of my number picking on what you have taught me. I put my 6 months to good use. I studied the data. Everyone can benefit from that knowledge...not just the Michiganders............The only thing I never quite understood

Compulsive gambling.
I agree. I've never considered my lottery participation as gambling but rather an interest in numbers. The term gambling has really never crossed my mind. I suppose one could get hooked on many different things in life such as caffeine, coffee, soda, sitcoms ...almost anything can become addictive in extreme excess. But as far as the lottery is concerned, I play for fun and and continue to enjoy every aspect of Powerball, Megabucks, and the other games I occasionally try. I usually stick to a pr

Co-owner of Pizza House claims $100,000 lottery prize
Just because Stacy Varellas of North Adams won $100,000 last week, that doesn't mean she'll be leaving the Pizza House business she co-owns with her husband, Jim.In fact, they won't be changing much at all. It's not a small amount, but it's not such a big amount, she said Wednesday while working at the Adams Pizza House. It's not a million, but it's definitely nice. While Varellas sounds calm now, she was ecstatic to hear on the radio last Wednesday morning that she had the winning numbers of

You cant win
I agree gutnt, I just don't understand the mind set of pick 3 and pick 4 players. You confront them with the cold hard facts and post past results that these games are long term losers and dogs and they just don't care. Some openly admit that they have lost thousands of dollars chasing a $250 prize. Does that make sense? On the home page of this site. Click on the top right corner. Type in the deadest number phrase and do a search.Pitiful isn't it ?And like fast eddie said yeah yeah yeah th

Filters
Filtering is a way of picking your combinations within parameters that you think will apply to the next winning combination. Usually you will have found these parameters to have been true a majority of the time with previous winning combinations. Applying those parameters to a set of combinations you want to play will eliminate or filter out the combinations that dont conform to those parameters. This will reduces the number of combinations to play and your playing cost. For example, if you wa

PowerBall 03/17 - If Only I Had...
OpenMinded:Don't be offended; just a little levity to ease the tension. I agree with Mayan27; your post gave me a chuckle when I read it, because it has happened to me and, probably, to most of the people here. My message was an admittedly poor attempt at humor, and I'm sorry if I offended you.I really can empathize, believe me. If I had a nickel for every time I was one digit off, I'd have... well, I'd have several nickels, but the point remains that coming close doesn't get us any money, not e

Lottery Numbers
whodeaniwrote; I know that people have won playing the same numbers for years and years but I don't think I would use that method. Even for a 6/36 game, there are 1,947,792 combinations which has a drawing every day. Each winning combination should come up once every 5336 years! That could be a long time to wait for your numbers to come in. The wait could be much longer with a game like Powerball or Mega Millions when you are dealing with 53 numbers and there are only 104 drawings per year.I rep

Michigan Only - 2/27/04
I have been preaching that since I have been on this forum.............a repeat number from the previous draw is your best bet..........go back into your state's history.........take a look...............at least 75% of the time............sometimes you can even nail a pair by taking pairs from the previous midday draw and the previous evening draw and make pairs out of the 6 numbers. No system works as is.........it takes tweaking, it takes spotting the pattern, it takes persistence........and i

My Method explained
Now to get to the meat of my method. This method will produce 75 numbers, or 50 without doubles. But it will not hit every time and therefor needs to be reduced. I suggest playing box, not straight or straight/box because it will not pay off enough to get back what you have lost! I will show you how I reduce the amount of numbers to 23, which is playable (a box in California averages about $100). You can reduce it further, but also reducing your odds of winning. I'm hoping that enough peop
